After being postponed due to Typhoon Kristine, the kids finally got to enjoy one of the most anticipated events at school - Children’s Day! Originally planned as a costume day, the children instead wore casual clothes but that didn’t dampen their excitement. They spent the day playing, watching movie, and enjoying treats together. Even without their costumes they had a fantastic time simply enjoying each other’s company.

A big thank you to Teacher Jo and Teacher Anna for preparing games and prizes for our kiddos, and special thanks to Teacher Amy for organizing this wonderful event!

"Mama I want to be a spelling master too just like my classmates"

Sabi ko, if you want to be a spelling master, then you have to read every day and read the words aloud so you can hear the sound of each letter.

So ayon na nga every day nag aask siya na mag spell kami and later on naka sama na siya sa speller of the day twice.

Makikita nyo sa face niya na proud siya sa achievement nya kasi pinaghirapan nya maging speller of the day.

For us adults simple achievement pero sa kids malaki na so let's appreciate them kapag may pinag hihirapan silang makuha. Nireremind ko din siya na everyday may ma-encounter siyang bagong words at pahirap ng pahirap na ang spelling. Ina-assure ko na siya na if hindi siya maging speller of the day ay ok lang at marami pang time to study and to just enjoy sa school. ❤️
