Some of my thoughts are really hard to say. I am afraid that I might keep them all forever because I don't even know if somebody will understand. Those thoughts are making me sad most of the time, giving me some unwanted feelings that I always try to forget. I guess it's just really hard to overthink almost everything. I keep losing parts of myself whenever I feel like my thoughts are slowly eating me up. I keep thinking that I will never be okay. And I keep losing sleep, feeling so suffocated with the thoughts that I have in my head.

Sometimes, I lie awake in bed and think about the good things in life. I always try my best to convince myself that there is more to life than suffering. I imagine myself living peacefully and happily. But I often end up thinking again about reality. In reality, I always find myself suffering silently. I'm often sad and hurting. There's a lot more to life, but I couldn't understand why I felt this way. It's as if I have died a hundred times, and I am only here trying to survive. I know most people say that it's okay not to be okay, but I am not sure if it's still okay not to be okay every day.
