Join the Road to Zendikar 2020! Participate in the Open Series Qualifiers and get invites to join the Main Event to happen on October. Tons of prizes are in store for everyone!

Zendikar Open Series:

☑️ 32 player pods
☑️ Pods will be played Saturdays and Sundays starting August 15
☑️ 5 Rounds
☑️ 4 wins qualifies to Zendikar Open Main Event

☑️ Reach at least 4 Wins to Qualify for the Main Event and get 3 Mystery Boosters each

Zendikar Main Event:
☑️ October 24 Day 1: Swiss, Cut to top 8
☑️ October 25 Day 2: Top 8

MTG: Road to Zendikar 2020

1. When does the tournament start?
August 15, 2020, this coming Saturday for pod 1 and then Sunday for pod 2. Then it will be played every Saturday and Sunday moving forward. (If we have 64 players registered for a Saturday and/or Sunday, we will run 2 pods)

2. I can’t join because I’m afraid of going outside/COVID-19.
Then MTG: Road to Zendikar is perfect for you! The tournament will be played online via MTG Arena. We will be playing 5 rounds per pod. Players must win best 2 out of 3 games to win the round.

3. Why are we playing online? It doesn’t feel the same as face to face.
Better to be safe than sorry. Special cases (like a pandemic) call for a special solution (playing online). We strongly believe you will still have a great time playing the new decks of the new expansion.

4. How many rounds will the tournament/s be?
5 rounds per pod.

5. What type of tournament is MTG: Road to Zendikar?
It is a series of qualifiers for our big event Zendikar Open 2020.

6. What format is it?
MTG Arena Standard

7. How to register?
Registration period: Mondays to Fridays
