SARAP NAMAN NG UBE CAKE NA TO 😂😅
DRY ING: 👇👇👇
*UBE moist chiffon
2 c CF
1 c SUGAR
2 tsp BP
1/2 c UBE POWDER (CRV)
1/2 tsp Salt
WET ING:
1/2 c OIL
1 c EVAP MILK
6 EGG YOLKS
1 tbsp UBE FLAVORADE (BAKERSFIELD)
MERANG:
8 EGG WHITES
1/2 C SUGAR
UBE ganache:
500 gms White Beryls (
(double broiler) + 1 c APC
Ice cream frosting: 2nd later)
2 APC
2 c whip cream
1 condensed
Almonds crushed (opt)
YIELD:
8-9 tin can 6"

MALA ICE CREAM na
UBE BUKO JELLY SALAD‼️

FYI: kahit walang hand mixer

Ingredients:

For the milk mixture:
(overnyt sa ref)
2 box APC
1 can condensed milk
1/2 cup everwhip cream (opt)

For Gulaman mixture:
(PWEDE gumawa 2 recipe; Isa pang small cubes, Isa grate strip na parang buko)

1 pack Gulaman powder (white)
1/4 white sugar
3 tsp ube flavorade (the best lasa)

Others:
1/2 Cheese (small cubes)
3 cups buko meat (malambot pang salad)
1 c small sago (optional)
4 tsp ube flavorade

FYI: Para makuha ice cream like consistency nya need overnyt sa ref ang mga milk ingredients. Whip 2-3 times. Unang whip after non balik mo muna sa freezer for 15 minutes the whip uli after balik mo uli sa freezer. Then mag mix kana Ng ibang ingredients Saka mo Kunin sa freezer Ang milk mixtures. Haluin uli bago ihalo sa ibang ingredients.

***Daylicious Embutido***

👉 Ingredients
2 kls Ground pork
2-3 c. Grated carrots
80 g. Raisins (chopped)
140 g. Sweet pickle relish
5-6 tbsp. Catsup/tomato paste
2 tsp. Sugar
2 c. Bread crumbs
(Durugin pa uli😁)
1 pack. Magnolia cheese
5 bulb. Onion (minced)
4 pcs. Whole egg (panghalo sa mixtures)
1/2 c. Bell pepper (opt)
1 cup. Spam (tidbits) or
Chorizo Bilbao
Salt and pepper to taste (magic sarap)

👉 for special embutido (optional)
Boiled eggs ( cut 4 slice pahaba)
Sausage or hotdog (cut pahaba)

👉Instructions:
1.Haluin lng lahat.. make sure na hnd xa basa.. adjust sa breadcrumbs. Mas dinudurog ko pa uli Ang crumbs mostly kasi may matitigas pa.
2.Ihanda ang foil.
Kumuha sa mixtures ng naayon sa laki na gusto. Roll lng then fold sa dulo.
Kapag special embutido. Ilagay lng sa gitna A
ang filling. (See attached picture)
3.Steam for about 30-45 minutes depende sa dami po. Low fire.
4. Maaring magtagal ng 3-5 days sa chiller.
2 weeks-1 month frozen

👉For pre heat (ur choice)
1.Steam lng po ulit or
2.deep sa egg. Then coat ng bread crumbs.
Tapos deep fry til mag brown ang coat. Or
3.Fry ko sa butter.. roll roll lng ng dahan dahan.

👉Note:
1.Inalis ko ang green peas most feedbacks ayaw nila.

Soft, Chewy at Hndi buhaghag

Ingredients:

2 eggs large
1 1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 tbsp vanilla essence
1 1/2 cups water
2 1/2 cups all porpuse flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 c powdered milk
1/2 cup hot melted margarine
Eden cheese for toppings

Steam for 15 mins medium heat
