The CPSU-Moises Padilla Campus congratulates the new licensed professional teachers who have passed the September 2024 Licensure Examination for Teachers.

This year, CPSU-MPC gained a very impressive passing rate of 64.62% on first-time takers, higher than the national passing rate, which was recorded at 45.51% alone. It demonstrates how well the passers were determined with full persistence to survive and conquer their own struggles together with their mentors' proper guidance with relentless support through the Cenphilian community. As the university continues to mold the future generation of educators, CPSU-MPC considers this a proof of its commitment to excellence in education and its mission of producing competent and inspiring teachers.

Congratulations to all LET passers! Your feats inspire the would-be educators and add glory to the entire Cenphilian community.

The Cenphilian community of Central Philippines State University (CPSU) Moises Padilla Campus extended its warmest congratulations to the newly licensed professional teachers following the release of the September 2024 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) results by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on December 13, 2024.

This year’s LET results for CPSU-MPC recorded a passing rate of 64.62% for first-time takers and national passing rate of 45.51%. These achievements showcase CPSU-MPC’s commitment to academic excellence and its dedication to producing competent future educators. The success and triumphs of Cenphilian graduates not only reflect their hard work and perseverance but also highlight the university’s role in shaping future educators equipped to make a meaningful impact in the teaching profession.

Spearheaded by Campus Administrator Dr. Rosemie Gequillana, the university’s faculty and staff extended their heartfelt congratulations to the newly licensed teachers, recognizing their accomplishments as a significant milestone in their professional journey.

CPSU-Moises Padilla Campus continues to uphold its mission and vision of providing high quality education, effective trainings, and holistic development. It remains a living legacy and a blueprint for enhancing its programs to prepare students for success in national licensure exams and their future teaching careers.

On December 20, 2024, the Central Philippines State University (CPSU) - Moises Padilla Campus held its Year-End Assessment and Management Review under the leadership of Campus Administrator Dr. Rosemie G. Gequillana. Initially scheduled to take place in the Campus Conference Room, the event was transferred within the campus premises due to the unexpected eruption of Mount Kanlaon. Despite the disruption, the faculty and staff came together to reflect on the year’s accomplishments, evaluate departmental performance, and plan strategies for the welfare of the School Campus.

The assessment featured presentations from various offices and departments within th Campus, each highlighting their achievements, contributions, and areas for improvement. Key presenters included Dr. Rosemie G. Gequillana for the Administrator’s Office, Mr. Kenneth Arnido for the Assessment Office, Mr. Ronelo V. Gasataya, Jr., MAEd. for Human Resources, Ma’am Ritchel N.Mayordo,MAEd. for the Cashier’s Office, Dr. Simias A. Abundo for the Scholarship Office, and Mr. Bernie S. Basas, MIT, for Quality Assurance (ISA and ISO). Other notable presenters included Ma’am Rose Ann Balladares, MIT, for the Registrar’s Office, Ma’am Julie Anne S. Abundo, MAEd. for the Research and Supply Offices, Sir Efraim S. Sumagaysay,MSAg. for the Extension & Production Office, and Dr. Estela Dequito for the Library Office.

Additional presentations were made by Ms. Raysel L. Valencia, RCrim, for ROTC/NSTP, Ms. Jezza Mar Sencil, LPT, for the School Publication, Mr. Ryan O. Española for the SSG, Ms. Rea Inquillo for FLP, Dr. Jose Edmund P. Odencio for OSSA, Ms. Glaiza Palmamento for Medical and Dental Services, and Mr. Joel Love Jangad for the Guidance Office. Mr. Emilver Christian Arquero,MIT, represented the Management Information System (MIS), while the Program Chairs included Mr. Efraim S. Sumagaysay,MSAg. for BSAB, Ms. Rose Ann Balladares for BSIT, and Dr. Rosemie G. Gequillana for BEED.

The achievements of each office and department reflects the perseverance and hardwork of the faculty and staff throughout the course of the year. In order to ensure ongoing development and connection with the university's goals, the presentations emphasized each office accomplishments as well as particular areas for improvement. The evaluation emphasized the institution's dedication to providing exceptional Quality Education in spite of challenges.

The event concluded on a festive note with an exchange of gifts among faculty and staff, symbolizing camaraderie and gratitude. Adding to the celebration, 5th District Congressman Atty. Dino Yulo generously provided gifts for everyone, making the occasion even more memorable.
As year 2025 is approaching, the campus reaffirmed its commitment to quality education and service. Led by Dr. Gequillana, the CPSU-Moises Padilla Campus continues to uphold the university’s mission and vision, fostering resilience, collaboration, and excellence. The event served as a proof to the campus community’s dedication, setting the stage for even greater success in the coming year.
