Before you find dirt on others. Clean your backyard first

In today's society we find people eager to bring up people's past or magnify their weakness. There is no one on earth that is perfect. The people you think is most perfect does have flaws, if you cannot see it, does not mean they don't have it. Some peoples weakness is seen while others are hidden, or we call it private sins.

People has a tendency to magnify the 5% weakness and forget about the 85% good in people. Dont ever fall in that category. When you talk about the 5% bad, you must also mention the 95% good. People are humans and not God. Everybody has their own issues that they are dealing with and trying to make their lives better by trusting God. Help them, pray for them, and encourage them but don't crucify them.

What does the Bible say?

1. Matthew 7:1-5 - "Judge not, that you be not judged."
2. 1 Corinthians 4:5 - "Do not judge anything before the appointed time."
3. Ephesians 4:29-32 - "Let no corrupt talk come out of your mouths."
4. Galatians 6:1-2 - "Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him."

When you point one finger, three is pointing back at you. Don't allow pride, anger, bitterness, revenge or envy drive you to belittle or expose people's nakedness without showing Godly love or compassion. As a child of God, your mission is to love, forgive and restore. Not to condemn, destroy, crucify and shame. There are biblical procedures given on how to handle sensitive matters, however the intention must first be to restore. I am not talking about criminal matters here, that must be dealt by the police.

When dealing with issues, always excercise:

1. Humility: Recognize your own flaws and limitations.
2. Love: Speak truth in love, not condemnation.
3. Constructive Criticism: Offer helpful feedback, not destructive criticism.
4. Self-Reflection: Examine your own heart and actions before pointing out others' faults.

Remember finger-pointing:

- Focuses on condemning the person.
- Lacks empathy and understanding.
- Often stems from pride or self-righteousness.

God bless you
