BACON TUNA CARBONARA

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup chopped garlic
onions
1 pack bacon
½ cup sliced button mushroom
3 canned tuna in veg oil
2 pack NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 250ml
1can evap milk
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
½ cup water
1/4 cup parmesan cheese/eden cheese
900g cooked pasta
PROCEDURE

Fry bacon until crisp.Set aside.
Heat olive oil. Add onions and garlic and cook until almost brown.
Add mushroom and tuna. Cook for another minute.
Pour in NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream/milk
Add the cheese.
Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Thin the mixture by adding water. Mix to fully incorporate.
Toss in cooked pasta into the sauce. Combine until pasta are fully coated with the sauce.
Topped with bacon (add parsley if you want)
Serve immediately.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 medium sized onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb pork, diced
1 cup water
½ cup tomato sauce
¼ cup sweet pickle relish
½ cup beef franks or hotdogs, diced
¼ cup raisins
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ beef cube
½ cup pineapple chunks
¼ cup roasted sweet pepper/i used carrots
¼ cup liver spread
¼ cup cheese, grated
½ cup bread crumbs
2 pieces hard boiled eggs, sliced or wedged
2 pieces raw eggs


Instructions
In a cooking pot, add cooking oil and sauté garlic and onions.
Add the diced pork and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
Put-in the beef cube, water, and tomato sauce then bring to a boil. Simmer until the pork is tender and the liquid completely evaporates. Set aside and let cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pork, salt, ground black pepper, beef franks, bread crumbs, liver spread, sweet pickle relish, pineapple chunks, raisins, and cheese.
Mix all the ingredients until everything is well incorporated.
Grease a llanera and arrange the sliced eggs and roasted sweet pepper.
Pour close to half of the beaten egg mixture and ensure that the eggs are well distributed on the llanera.
Scoop the pork mixture in to the llanera until it occupies at least ¾ of the total volume.
Cover the whole llanera with aluminum foil.
Pour at least 6 cups of water in the steamer. Arrange the containers in the steamer and steam for 50 minutes.
Remove the steamed mixture from the llanera and transfer to a serving plate.

pasas/raisins
1 pack tomato sauce
3 eggs
1/2 cup all purpose flour
Onion, garlic, pepper, salt to taste

Greased your molder with margarine

Saute onion, garlic and ground pork, Then add carrots and bell pepper. Add tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper. Add the chorizo and hotdog. Turn off heat and let it cool. Then add beaten eggs and flour and steam it for one and half hours to two hours (cover it with aluminum foil. (Depende po sa sukat at kapal ng lulutuin. At nagdagdag po aq ng kintsay)

Ingredients
Serves: 24
12 egg whites
2 cups (450g) caster sugar
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
2 cups (300g) chopped cashews, toasted
450g butter, softened
12 egg yolks
2 cups (450g) caster sugar
1 cup (250ml) water
2 tablespoons (30ml) dark rum
2 cups (300g) chopped cashews, toasted

Directions

Preheat oven to 150 degrees C (300 degrees F). Line 4 - 20x30cm (8x12 inch) tins with parchment paper.
In a large glass or metal mixing bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Sprinkle with cream of tartar. Gradually add 2 cups caster sugar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form. Fold in 2 cups chopped nuts. Divide meringue between the 4 pans, and spread evenly to edges.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until light golden brown. Remove the meringue from the baking tins while still hot; allow to cool. When cool, trim edges so that all 4 meringue layers are uniformly shaped. Set aside.
To make buttercream filling: In a large bowl, Beat butter until light and fluffy. In a separate large bowl, whip egg yolks until thick and lemon colored.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine 2 cups sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil, and heat to 132 to 143 degrees C (270 to 290 degrees F), or until a small amount of syrup dropped into cold water forms hard but pliable threads. Add the hot syrup in a thin stream to the beaten egg yolks, while beating at high speed. Beat in the whipped butter until smooth. Beat in rum.
On one layer of meringue, spread approximately 1/4 of the buttercream evenly to edges. Repeat layers until all is used. Smooth sides with spatula. Sprinkle top with 2 cups chopped cashews. Freeze until solid. To serve, cut 2.5cm slices from the frozen dessert.

Bangus Sisig Recipe

Ingredients

1 large boneless fried bangus, meat segragated and chopped
1 large red Onion, chopped
1/2 cup scallions, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped chili (labuyo or Thai chili)
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce, i add small amount of oyster sauce
2 teaspoons ginger, minced
1 cup crushed chicharon (pork rind)
1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

salted egg (optional)

Cooking Procedure

Marinate fish in soysauce, pepper and calamansi juice for an hour (not included in my recipe) then fry in medium heat then segregate the meat.

Melt-in butter in a large pan
Add the onion and cook for 3 minutes
Put-in the ginger. Stir and cook for 2 minutes in low to medium heat.
Add the bangus and then stir.
Put-in the garlic powder, salt,ground black pepper, and soy sauce. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the chicharon, scallions, and chilli. Stir and cook for 3 minutes more.
Put-in the mayonaisse. Stir.
Transer to a serving plate. Serve.

How to make Banoffee Pie...???

Classic Banoffee Pie Recipe

Ingredients
Serves: 12

For the base:
100g butter, melted
250g digestive biscuits, crushed
For the caramel:

1 can Condensed Milk
For the top:
4 small bananas
300ml carton whipping cream, lightly whipped
grated chocolate

Here's how easy it is...

1. Put the biscuit crumbs in your bowl, then tip in the melted butter and mix it all together. Spoon this into the base and press against the bottom and sides – this is the base of the banoffee pie recipe. Chill it for ten minutes.

2. Spread the caramel over the base, cool and then chill for about 1 hour, until firm or until ready to serve.

3. Carefully lift the pie from the tin and place on a serving plate. Slice the bananas; fold half of them into the softly whipped cream and spoon over the base. Decorate with the remaining bananas and finish with the grated chocolate.
To get the most out of our banoffee pie recipe, make sure that you really boil the filling for at least 1 minute to be sure it sets to a fantastically tasty squidgy caramel.

MY MANGO BREAD

Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour(sifted)
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup dark or brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
3 eggs
1/2 cup veg oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups mango (ripe)cut into small pieces

Procedures

Combined dry ings. Sift.
Combined wet ings.Mix for 3 minutes then add the dry ings and mixed until well combined.
Fold in the mango mixture.
And put it in a 8x4 loaf pans. I used the smaller ones.
Bake it at 350F for 50-55 minutes.
Use a toothpick test for doneness.

LEMON BARS

Crust:
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup powder sugar
1 cup sifted all purpose flour
1/8 tsp salt

TOPPING:
Confectioners'sugar

FILLING:
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp grated lemon zest
2 tbsp sifted all purpose flour

PROCEDURES:
Crust: Cream the margarine and sugar until smooth. Add the flour and salt, mix until combined. Put the mixture on a greased 8x8 pan and press it (idiin po) and bake for 20 minutes at 350F.Cool and set aside.

Filling:
In a mixing bowl whisk the eggs and sugar until smooth. Add the zest and fold in the flour. Then add this mixture on to the crust and bake it for 20 minutes.Cool.

When done sprinkle confectioner sugar at the top.
