FIRST CAVITE INTER-TOWN MOBILE LEGENDS: BANG BANG TOURNAMENT 🎮🏆
Calling all Cavite Youth ML Players! 📣
Ito na ang pinakahihintay niyong lahat! Paano nga ba makakasali sa paparating na tournament na ito? Basahin lang ang mga sumusunod.
GUIDELINES:
• All players must be a bonafide resident of Cavite. (Players must be COMELEC registered in the municipality or city they represent.)
• Age: 15-30 years old (no gender requirement)
• A team must have 6-7 members only. It must consist of the following:
- Five (5) main players
- 1 reserve player
- 1 coach (optional)
NOTE: Each player must have their own MOBILE PHONE. Use of TABLETS and IPADS is strictly prohibited.
• Players are not allowed to join more than one (1) team.
• Only the registered ML ID will be used on the game (Strictly no change.)
• Once registered, players cannot be replaced.
• Registration starts on June 1 until June 30 only. (No Registration Fee)
• Only 2 teams per city/municipality will be accommodated. PLEASE COORDINATE WITH YOUR SK FEDERATION PRESIDENT/LOCAL YOUTH DEVELOPMENT OFFICER.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Team Name and Logo (Note: Logo must be in PNG)
• Accomplished Registration Form
• Proof of Residency (Barangay Clearance/ID, Student ID, National ID, etc.)
• Proof of LGU Registration (COMELEC ID/COMELEC Registration Slip)
• Birth Certificate (PSA/NSO)
• Smart Sim Card/Mobile Number (Note: Sim cards must have a load of 100 on the day of the event. Sim cards/loads can be purchased on the same day at Smart’s Official Merchant.)
REGISTRATION PERIOD: June 1-30, 2023 (NO REGISTRATION FEE)
NOTE: Requirements (e-copy and hard copy) must be submitted by the corresponding city/municipality SK FEDERATION PRESIDENTS to SK PROVINCIAL FEDERATION OF CAVITE OFFICE, Legislative Building, Provincial Capitol Compound, Trece Martires City, on or before June 30, 2023.
