If you are not feeling okay today, I want you to know that your feelings are valid. It’s totally impossible to be just fine your entire life because, at some point, you will certainly feel sad or mad about some things in life. There even comes a time when you haven't even gotten out of bed, but you already feel like it’s not your day because you don’t feel okay. Sometimes, you don’t even know how to get through the day, but you still try and will certainly get through it.

Despite not feeling okay at times, I’m still proud of you. I’m proud of you for still thriving and striving. I’m proud of you for being honest with yourself. I’m proud of you for trying to get through even though you don’t really know how to. I’m proud of you for choosing to continue despite the random noises in your mind that tell you to just quit. I’m proud of you for not giving up on your life, no matter how many times you have said that you don’t know how to live your life anymore. I am proud of you, and I hope you will be proud of yourself, too.
