Our Story

Sulong! Bonanza is the official publication of Bonanza Neighborhood Development Association, Inc. (BNDAI). This official publication (as well as FB Page) was created for the Homeowner members and families as well their friends to have a venue to ventilate their grievances and greetings to concerned local government agencies and individual public servants (elected and non-elected), as well as to its HOA Officers. Even, visitors and neighbors of the page are welcome to post their remarks be it negative but in a manner of constructive criticism. Bonanza Neighborhood Development Association, Incorporated (BNDAI) a duly recognized and registered Homeowners Association by the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) with HLURB Registered number: NCR-HOA-N 19-2389 / 98-169120 (https://hlurb.gov.ph/services/hoa/list-of-hoa/) Sitio/Purok Bonanza is one amongst the biggest Sitios of Barangay Fortune, Marikina City. With at least 473 Homeowners and 1,400 renters, extended families resides in our Community. One of the accomplishments of the current leadership of BNDAI is the establishment of its Bonanza Day Care Center with the auspicious of Marikina City Social Development Office under the administration of Marikina City Mayor Marcelino “Marcy” Teodoro. Officers and Members continue to pursue a peaceful, orderly and progressive Community.

With the continued support from the Office of Rep. Stella Quimbo (likewise, former Rep. Miro Quimbo and former Mayor Del de Guzman) and Mayor Marcy Teodoro, BNDAI reaffirms its commitment to its constituents to bring developments and empowered the less fortunate members of the Homeowners’ Association.

BNDAI will continue to live-up to its guiding principles. Compassion, Humility and Progressive Thinking, in pursuit of Developed and Progressive Bonanza!
