Day 51 - 😢
My cynical oath against the absolute
In every new life I chose to connect my soul with lets me love a little more, smile a little more, share a little more, and live a little more. New beginnings and happy times. In each and every moment my mind believes we have the rest of our lives to cherish. I keep forgeting we are fleeting beings until something happens and they're gone. A perpetual wave of tyrrany we can never break out of. I want to rest from this despotic cycle. I'm never really ready to lose anyone however healthy, sick, old, or young they may be. I should've smiled wider, laughed harder, hug tighter, spent more time together. I could've given more. My best. My all. I told myself I'm gonna do better for my people. I won't waste another minute before I show them I care. Not scoundrel another second to take them for granted. For every win I make, however small, is all for us. Every success and blessing will be met with gratitude. For now my tears fall, but when I'm back up, we're all winning.
A promise to myself from now that I'm crying up to my last breath. I will turn the tables upon the cruel truth I see. I will love all that my soul connects with 'till my heart gives out. When it's my turn to leave I won't have any regrets.
I'm sorry for being naive. I miss you. 'Till we meet again.
