on the specific task of a General Virtual Assistant. I attended the advanced Social Media Marketing and advertising, Chatbot, and Customer Relation Management. I learned the basic Facebook Advertisement, how to set up a conversational Messenger bot, and create a content
calendar quickly doing my strategy. I learned how to automate customer support, plan, and create a process flow, improve customer experience and increase sales.
