We are 4th year Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting students from the Polytechnic University of the Philippinesโ€”Manila, currently enrolled in Strategic Business Analysis with Contemporary Issues and Trends (ACCO 20193). We are conducting a survey for our feasibility study on Pop of Palitaw (P.O.P.).

P.O.P. aims to re-introduce and elevate your favorite traditional Filipino delicacy, Palitaw, by putting a twist on it. Our product is a glutinous dessert covered in coconut shavings and sesame seeds filled with different fillings, including yema, tsokolate, presas (strawberry), ube, and pandan.
