Inanunsyo kamakailan ng Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) ang pagsasagawa ng mga libreng pakapon kada buwan para sa mga alagang Asong Pinoy (ASPIN) at Pusang Pinoy (PUSPIN) ng mga pamilyang mababa ang kita.

May bitbit na panawagang “ ,” ang programa ay isasagawa sa mga piling vet clinic sa ilang LGU sa Metro Manila.

I grew up watching this iconic cartoon series. Learning about the real-life inspiration behind Tom&Jerry makes me love the series more 😼🐭

Tom true story:
It is a breed of cat known as the “Russian Blue.” The first recorded appearance of this breed was in 1875, which is characterized by its slate or bluish-silver color, and it is one of the
most expensive cat breeds in the world.

The first reason for choosing this particular type to embody the character of Tom is that Joseph Barbera was raising a cat in his house of the Russian Blue breed and his name was Tom.

Tom died while chasing a mouse inside a photo processing room, To commemorate his memory, he created the most famous cartoon character in history.. ❤️

Paw parents, heads up! 🐾

The Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) is offering free spay and neuter services to indigent pet owners every month through its Kapon for All Pets (KfAP) program, in collaboration with partners Vets in Practice and Modern Pet.

According to PAWS' Facebook post Sunday, the free spay and neuter services are available at partner clinics' branches in Alabang, Muntinlupa City; Mandaluyong City; Ortigas Center; Pasay City; Pasig City; Quezon City; and Taguig City.
