Rave. is an old-souled indie folk pop singer-songwriter who tells real and relatable narratives of love, hope, and triumph. Most of his originals are based on true stories which enshrine timely but 'tagos-sa-puso' lyrics.
Popularly known as Raven of the phenomenal prodigious alt-pop band Raven and the Papis, he is also the person behind Saranggola Productions,the widest network of regional communities of indie artists in the Philippines, which has programs like Saranggola Open Mics, Saranggola Centerstage, Saranggola Academy, among others. He is also the co-founder of Sibol Collective, the biggest organized collective of music and spoken word artists in North Luzon, and the founder of Dagitab Synergy, the fastest-growing arts collective in Cavite.
After three years of pursuing his music career in which he spent mostly in performing in different venues around the Philippines, he is set to debut as a solo artist.
In September 2020, he released his debut single "Pain Has a Purpose" which is a song about bravery and determination to make bold decisions towards self-care, even if that means to intentionally hurt and leave someone you love. The song wants to prove that pain is an essential part of maturity. That nobody should not be held hostage by emotions. That everything, even he hurtful things, happens for a good reason we won’t realize at a time being. The song received a very good response from a wide-range of audience from around the world.
