Kodawari is now finally open at SM Aura! I have been ordering from them since the pandemic so seeing their growth really makes me happy! What’s on the table: 🥦 Cauliflower 🥔 Crispy Potato 🍣 Salmon Mentai Don 🍣 Tuna Poke Bowl Rollup🌶️ Mapo Tofu🍜 Chilimansi🥩 Gyudon 🍄🟫 Shroomdon 🥜 PB&J Everything tastes amazing but my top pick ever since I’ve known Kodawari is really their Shroomdon, the assorted mushroom brings so much umami and earthiness to the dish even without having meat. The Gyudon is also a good one especially when combined with Shroomdon. And I love partnering Mapo Tofu with them for that added spiciness and that tofu was super silky, smooth and really melts in your mouth! PB& J dessert was so surprising and that peanut crispies were genius!
