There is a wise reason and option. Why we need charter change or revise the 1987 Constitution of the Philippines? Because some article and law under the 1987 Constitution is favor and protector of their fellow friend, businessman, oligarch, terrorist, criminal and selfish leader of our nation. Which is our constitution is not sacred. Our constitution is a evil constitution of the Philippines. Why? Under the 1987 constitution until now. We have a thousand unsolved crime, 500 assassination including 110 Mayor, 2 governor, 47 vice mayor, 34 judge, 6 lawyer, Prosecutor, 2 secretary, 8 priest, 6 Congressman, 22 Provincial board member, 91 former government official, 34 chief & General and 500 VIP.
That's why if the Senate of the Philippines always lie us the truth in everything. Specially in my love people of this Republic na napabayaan na ng karamihang opisyal sa gobyerno.

Lawmakers scores Pulse Asia's biased Charter amendments survey
HOUSE Majority Leader Manuel Jose "Mannix" M. Dalipe of Zamboanga City on Saturday strongly criticized a recent survey indicating majority opposition to Charter amendments, suspecting it might be part of a smear campaign aimed at undermining efforts to amend the restrictive economic provisions in the 1987 Constitution.
Dalipe also underscored the need to empower Filipinos to decide on constitutional amendments through a plebiscite rather than solely rely on surveys.
He responded to the latest Pulse Asia survey results, which showed that 74 percent of respondents believe the 1987 Constitution should not be amended now.
Concerns were raised about the survey’s integrity and purpose, as it included questions not currently under consideration in Congress, Dalipe said.
He condemned the inclusion of “irrelevant” questions, such as term extension for national and local elective officials, changing the presidential system to a parliamentary system of government, shifting from bicameral to a unicameral legislature, and allowing the foreigners to exploit the country's natural resources.
"Why include questions that people don't want and are not related to the ongoing process in Congress? Is this black propaganda?" Dalipe asked.
The survey results came just after the House of Representatives approved Resolution of Both Houses No. 7 (RBH 7), which aims to amend specific economic constitutional provisions. RBH 7 has been sent to the Senate, where a similar resolution known as RBH 6 is also being examined at the subcommittee level.
Dalipe expressed frustration with the survey's apparent attempt to derail the constitutional reform process.
"Including unrelated questions in the survey only serves to confuse and mislead the public," Dalipe asserted, calling for a more objective approach in future surveys.
He expressed disappointment with the survey’s perceived attempt to sway public opinion.
“Surveys should reflect the real concerns of the people, not push a particular agenda,” Dalipe said, emphasizing the need for surveys to accurately reflect ongoing legislative discussions.
He asserted that the best way to gauge public opinion on Charter amendmnets is through a plebiscite, not surveys.
“The best course of action is to pass it in the Senate and let the people decide through a plebiscite,” he said.
“The people’s voice should be heard directly through a plebiscite, not through biased surveys,” Dalipe added. (END)
