The biggest lessons that 2022 taught me 🙏🏼

• Life is too short and precious to be wasting time and energy on things, people and situations that are not good for the soul.
• There is strength in vulnerability. It creates deeper and more meaningful connections.
• Pain is a natural part of life. Pain is potential power.
• Feeling leads to healing.
• Fear is an illusion.
• Peace is a priority.
• Self-work is neverending. Self-love is necessary.
• Love for others can only go as deep as love for self.
• Meditation is a very important practice for self-awareness and self-realization.
• Exercise is not a punishment but a way to celebrate and give thanks for the physical body.
• Addictions are a mask for unprocessed pain.
• Negative energy attracts more negative energy while positive energy attracts more positive energy.
• Energy doesn’t lie.
• Facing what needs to be faced instead of running away from it results in strength and wisdom.
• Living in alignment with truth brings integrity. Integrity is doing the right thing even when no one is watching.
• Karma is very, very real.
• Surrender doesn’t equate to weakness. Surrender actually requires a lot of strength to be able to let go of the illusion of control.
• Spirituality is living in harmony with the Universe while religion is an expression of faith.
• Faith comes from God. Fear comes from the devil.
• Hope is unlimited.
• Love is the most powerful force in the Universe.
• Soul over ego. All day, everyday.
• God’s grace is revealed in gratitude.
• Alignment comes from constant connection to God.
• God is everywhere. God is everything. God is everyone.

Yes it could be a consequence for your wrong doing but at the same time it is God's way of redirecting you to where you truly belong.

God is breaking you not just to hurt you but he is breaking you so you could see what is missing in you.

3. Walang pake ang tao sa problem mo, sa utak mo lang yun. Yes! may maririnig ka pero for a while lang yun. ( By experience ko rin ito 😅 )
