MANGO KANI ROLLS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 carrot (hiniwa ng manipis parang stick)
1 cucumber ( alisin ang buto)
2 ripe mangoes (hiniwa ng manipis)
20 pieces crab sticks
A bunch of lettuce (washed well)
Rice paper
Water (for the rice paper)

SAUCE:
⅓ cup Japanese mayo (kewpie)
½ tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon sugar or honey (optional)

PROCEDURE:
1. Prepare muna ang crabsticks, alisin ang balot at buhusan ng mainit ng tubig. Hayaan ito for 1 minute, tapos alisin na sa tubig at gutayin or shred.

2. sa isang medyo malalim na pinggan, maglagay ng tubig, saka mabilisang ilublob ang rice paper (as in saglit lang) saka ilatag sa flat surface (pinggan or chopping board.)

3. Then, saka ipatong ang lettuce. Lagyan ng fillings: carrot, crabsticks, mango, at cucumber. irolyo na parang lumpia. Gawin ito sa lahat ng rolls. Pwede itong i-serve ng buo, or kaya hiwain sa gitna.

4. Para naman sa sauce, combine lang ang mga ingredients: mayo, lemon juice, sesame oil, salt and pepper and sugar or honey.
