We've all been there, times that feel so low,

Life is a journey, a journey with no end. And you need to be strong and not let in the tears. And no matter what is there to come. Fears may arise but still, you can’t be weak. The walls within you, trap you in so tight. Bring your sword of strength, and put up a fight. Make the hero rise, sparks in your eyes. Take all the tools, no longer a disguise.

When all your feelings are at an all-time low. When the day has been stressful and you don't know where to go. It's okay to cry tonight and feel relieved of your pain.
And in the morning, old sorrows you can now reclaim. To fight tomorrow, you must find some inner peace. And strive to face the day and all its difficulties. Gather up a bit of courage and find strength within you. Give yourself a chance to finally break through.

As the sun begins to shine, it's a sign your grey skies are clear. You can feel the warmth again within your heart so near. It's a new day and a new start. A chance to make a fresh restart. For even in the darkest days. There are those that will survive.

When feeling tired and worn. One look around shows us more. Those who have been through much more pain. Yet, do not break, allowing us to gain strength again. So when life takes its toll on us. Do not begin to give up the fight. For there are many still today. Who have felt life's challenges yet still don't sway.

Take courage from them in times of difficulty. And strive to follow the same example given to thee. The strength of those who have come before. Can revive us if ever we feel sore.

As you step forward, gain knowledge first. You have more than a clean slate for this verse. You can now start from experience, not just blank. And from here more strength is yours to bank. Experience can be both leeway and aid. An opportunity your heart need not be afraid of. In your past, successes and failures alike. Like a map, they will help guide what future you strike.

Though the road you may have trod before. Is not exactly the same as before. With this milestone in your journey of life. The future version of you will have few strife. When life seems bleak, all troubles seem to grow. It can be hard to continue on but do not, just let go. And focus on the things you're passionate about like a gentle breeze. Look into your soul and ignite the flame, the embers of your own destiny.

Follow the path that has been set before you, deep down in your heart. Let it guide the way when times are dark and you can't tell apart. The shattered pieces of life that you've been dealt with one hand. Take the time to have the courage to accept, that's part of your one grand plan.

Search and seek for what matters most, look at all the details you see. For there is something special hidden, a key to life that needs to be. For in all the precious moments, the beauty can be so profound. You have the power to let it shape you, and your dreams, and be your sound

Eyes are tired, feet are sore. Energy quickly runs out the door. My mind is exhausted, my heart is hopeless. Doubts slowly seeping in like little drops. Can't summon clarity amid all the worry. It is a slippery path and hard to navigate. I am forever walking it alone. No one to lead me out of the night.

I try to avoid the negative and look up above. But can't help but feel this inconsolable grief. Pain that insidiously creeps. No comfort or peace below or beyond these deep seas. The stormy emotions that I embrace. Forming a dense black cloud over me. And with each breath, I feel this collapse. The shattered pieces were so hard to retrieve.

But despite it all, despite this storm. Where night reigns and tears form. My heart still finds the courage to heal. And hope finds its way amidst this dark creel.

As we go through our day. This is an era of happy faces. Smiling despite the pain under the tide. Living life, going on without knowing where we’ll abide. We look cheerful and content. But what lies beneath, we all know. Our broken hearts are hidden. We tell ourselves it will all be okay as we go.

We put on masks to protect ourselves. And hide our true feelings inside. We walk through life with a smile. Hiding the loneliness that resides. We choose to be optimistic and try to look at the bright side. But no matter how hard we try we can’t seem to hide. The broken heart that lies beneath our happy faces. In this era of hidden pain and a shattered heart inside.

I look around and feel the pain. No easy breath to pass my lane. My feet lead forward while I meander. But soon I feel I'll come to a point of no surrender.

My progress is slow, it seems out of faith. But yet I see others winning the race. A kaleidoscope of options is out in front of me. Continually pushing me to my the New Decree.

I know I will need strength for this ride. To grapple the peaks and take on the slides. Where maybe I have not scraped the sky. But I surely want to reach beyond and try.

If I have but little hope to hold. I'm sure I can make it even through the cold. And even if the going gets tough. It's with some courage I will have the stuff.

Yes, I'm growing and I'm aware. That I'm still in the race, I don't care. If I'm patient while I swell. Hope and strength will keep me well.

Don't be afraid to be alone. The solitude can be freeing. Though it may at first seem lonely. It's a chance to find out who you are. The dark and light within your soul. It can be a daunting task, I know. But it can show you so much more

Don't be afraid to shut your eyes. And go within and go beyond. Chase the things your heart desires. Find what lights your spirit on. It can be your chance to soar. The discovery of your truth. Will be your safest ever shore.

Standing brave often has an undeserved reputation of being a daunting, intimidating act. While I can still remember the fear and worry I felt that day, I also remember the feeling of tranquillity I felt when I was finally able to take a step forward. It felt like an accomplishment and I was reminded of the importance of having faith in oneself.

When I look back to that day, I can't help but admire how I had grown. I faced a particular situation that put me in a tough spot, and I stayed true to my convictions. I was willing to face risks and uncertainties and in turn, gained the courage that no fear can feel. On days where my legs trembled, I had the strength to stand up for what I knew was right.

I still practice this same act of bravery. A decision doesn't have to be significant to be frightening. Many times, the little decisions in life can be just as hard as the larger ones. No matter the occasion, I will find a way to stand brave and trust in myself, despite my legs shaking and my heart pounding.

Your pride will be your guide, and your confidence will be your shield. No matter how hard the journey may be you will stand strong and never yield.
