Requirements:

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Requirements:

FINANCE OPERATIONS SR ANALYST
Requirments:

Requirments:
• Has at least 2 years of experince in graphic design.

• Demonstrated expertise in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevent tools.
• Sound understanding of design principles, including color theory, composition, typography, and layout.
• Experience with both print and digital design.

JR. IT SPECIALIST
Requirments:
• 2-3 years of professional experience in Information Technology.
• Strong technical knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and support experience
( connectivity, VPN, printing, etc. )
• Familiar with common access/ authentication systems and tools
( e.g. Okta, Duo )

LOGISTIC COORDINATOR
Requirments:
• Must have experience working on shipments from start to end ( A to Z )
• Must have experience using CargoWise.
• Knows how to make phone calls to Shipping line / Forwarder / Broker / Client.
• Knowledgeable on INCOTERM ( knows the difference between all incoterms )
• Knowledgeable in the process of import/ export for different modes of transport ( Air / Sea / land )
• Familiar with Shipping Documents.
• Experience with Magaya is a plus.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledgeable about Sea Exportation and US shipment handling.
• Mastery of logistics SOPs.
• Experience in customs brokerage and a graduate of customs Administration preferred.

MARKETING OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Requirments:
• Proficiency in Salesforce for building and managing campaigns, tracking leads, and analyzing marketing effectiveness.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot for email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.
• Experience with platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, or Pardot dor automation, lead scoring, and email campaigns.
• Familiarity with ABM ( Account-Based Marketing ) tools like Demandbased, Terminus, or 6 sence.
• Expertise in cerating and distributing email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Constant Contact.
• Experience managing webinar platforms like Zoom, GoToWebinar, or Webex for virtual events and lead generation.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, and macros, to analyze campaign data, manage segmentation lists, and track key marketing metrics.
REVENUE ANALYST
Requirments:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of finance working experience.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working in a high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and working knowledge of other MS Office programs.

• Familiarity with Linked in Sales Navigator, and Outplay is a plus.
• Backend Salesforce experience - generating reports, and analyzing data - mostly for a Sales account.
• Experience in qualifying inbound leads.

Requirments:
