I understand—we all have the tendency to resist when our ideas aren't heard or taken seriously. It can feel discouraging, even unfair. But I’ve learned that maturity in the workplace means rising above that feeling.

It’s not about who gets the credit or whose idea wins; it’s about the bigger goal we’re all working toward.

When we choose to keep showing up with a good attitude, even when it’s hard, that’s when we really grow. It’s not weakness—it’s strength with humility.

Diving deep into "Ikigai Journey: A Practical Guide to Finding Happiness and Purpose the Japanese Way" and it's blowing my mind! 📚🚀

The book highlights Japan's Shinkansen Bullet Train as a prime example of radical vs. incremental change. Get this: they didn't just improve the train's speed slightly - they more than doubled it! 😮 Talk about a game-changer in transportation!

This got me reflecting on our approach to personal goals:

🎯 What seemingly impossible dreams do we have?
🛠️ How can we radically reimagine our methods?
⏰ When do we take that leap of faith?

The Shinkansen shows us that sometimes, it's about completely redefining what's possible. We don't always have to stick to small, incremental steps - we can aim for transformative changes in our lives too!
