Mandaue City Mayor Jonkie Ouano said Wednesday, November 5, 2025, that each family who lost their loved ones to Typhoon Tino will receive financial assistance of up to P50,000, adding that the City Government might increase the amount if additional funds become available.

STATE OF CALAMITY TO BE DECLARED IN MANDAUE

NEWS UPDATE: A state of calamity is set to be declared in Mandaue Thursday, Nov. 6 to enable the government to buy necessities for typhoon victims using a quick response fund.

Financial assistance of P10, 000 for each family with washed out houses and P5, 000 for those with partially damaged homes will also be taken from the fund, said Mayor Thadeo "Jonkie" Ouano. Around 3,000-4,000 houses were destroyed by typhoon Tino, the mayor said. | via Mary Rose Sagarino

Operational na ang kadaghanan sa Canduman ug Casili wellfields, samtang padayon ang clearing ug repair works sa ubang water sources.
