TARA TULUNGAN mo kong GUMAWA NG CLUBHOUSE

mga kailangan;
loaf bread(gardenia)-3slices
slice ham-1pc
beaten egg-1pc
mayonaise
pipino-4slices
tomato-4slices
lettuce
slice cheese
cocktail toothpick-4pcs

paraan ng pagawa;
una, itoast mo ang bread.
pangalawa,iprito ang ham at egg.
pangatlo,mag slice ng tomato(4slices)pipino(4slices)lettuce.
pang apat,iasembol mo na naglagyan ng mayonaise yung mga bread.(ilayer) bread,lettuce,tomato,pipino,bread,egg,ham,slice cheese,bread(lagyan ng cocktail toothpick4pcs) then slice sa apat then iserve...

YUMMY BIBINGKA

ingredients;
rice flour-2cups
brown sugar-1cup
glutinuous rice flour-1/2cup
baking powder-2tsp
salt-1/4tsp
eggs-4pcs
gata-1can
melted butter-1/2cup
red egg
grated cheese

direction;
1.sa mix bowl paghaluin ang rice flour,sugar,glutinuous rice flour at baking powder then I mix mabuti.
2.kapag na mix ng mabuti, ilagay ang egg,salt,gata at melted butter then haluin ulit mabuti..
3.ilagay sa foodffan,tapos I toppings ang red eggs at grated cheese..
4.baking time 15 to 25mins.

"SITAW GUISADO
WITH SHRIMP"

ingredients;
sitaw=1tali
hipon=150gram(wala ng shell)
garlic=1clove
onion=1pcs
oyster.
magic sarap.
vetchin.
cooking oil.

direction;
1,sa isang kawali maglagay ng cooking oil tapos i saute sa garlic at onion ang hipon.
2.iadd ang sitaw at pakulin ng ilang minuto maglagay ng oyster,vetchin at magic sarap..
3.takpan ang kawali at pakuluin pa ng 2 minuto,tikman muna bago ihain.

INGREDIENTS;
ground pork-500grams
carrots_1pc(grated)
celery_1pc(chopped)
onion leeks_1pc(chopped)
paminta_konti lang
asukal_2tbp
asin_1tbp
vetchin_1/8tbp
chicken powder_1/4tbp
lumpia wrapper
egg_2pcs
harina_konti lang

DIRECTION;
1.ilagay sa mix bowl ang groundpork at ang mga ingredients nito..haluing mabuti.
2.lagyan ng konting tubig ang harina para malusaw,gamiting pandikit sa pagroll ng shanghai..
3.kapag nairoll na ang shanghai,iprito ito sa frypan(medium heat) dapat deep fry para pantay ang pagkakaluto.
4. iserve sa magandang lagayan,lagyan ng sauce ketsup or sweet chilli sauce.

yummy pork tocino

INGREDIENTS;
=500grams_pork kasim(cut into 1/4 inch thick slice)
=sugar
=paminta
=chicken powder or magic sarap
=asuete or foodcolor(egg yellow)

direction;
1.imarinate ang inislice na kasim sa asukal,paminta,konting chicken powder/magic sarap at foodcolor/asuete hannggang 1hour o higit pa.
2.lutuin sa frypan na may konting mantika dapat low fire lng madali kasi itong masunog.
3.then i serve sa magandang lagayan,puwedeng magsidedish ng tomato at egg with rice..

UKOY(shrimp,kalabasa)

INGENDIENTS;
1/2cup.flour
1/2cup.cornstarch
2pcs.eggs
3/4cup.water
1tsp.vaking powder
1/2k.calabasa
1pc.onion leeks
10oz.small shrimps
oil
salt
magic sarap/chicken powder

DIRECTION;
1.in a mixing bowl combine all ing.flour,cornstarch,egg,vaking powder,shrimp,leeks,kalabasa,salt,chicken powder/magic sarap.
2.stir in the water and mix well.
3.fry in medium heat ..

«creamy spaghetti carbonara»

1kilo.spag.noodles
1/4 kilo.ham/bacon
1clove.garlic
1medium.onion
1can. cream of mushroom
1can.evaporated milk
chicken powder/magic sarap
chopped parsley
salt
water
oil

DIRECTION;
1.cook bacon/ham at medium heat in large pan,
2.drain bacon or ham on paper towel.
3.saute garlic and onion to pan.cook andstir until onions are translucent.
4.stir in mixture of soupmilk,parsley stir in bacon/ham reduce heat to low.
5.simmer covered for 5 minutes,stirring occasionally.
serve immediately over cooked spaghetti..

[{GRAVY MUSHROOM SAUCE}]

INGRENDIENTS
2tsp.butter
1can. cream of mushroom
2tsp.cornstarch
1small can.evaporated milk
2tsp.soy sauce
salt
black pepper
knorr chicken powder
and water

DIRECTIONS;
1.whisk the cream of mushroom and other ingredients in a saucepan until smooth.
2.bring to a simmer over medium heat,then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 10 to 15min.
3.then stirring occasinally🍗🍵
