ABLNHS celebrates World Teacher's Day
Anselmo B. Legaspi National High School celebrated the three-day World Teacher's Day with the theme , "Gurong Pilipino: Dangal ng Sambayanang Pilipino".
On the first day of teachers’ day celebration, the SSG officers prepared a short program in the morning wherein students were given a chance to give their heartfelt greetings and messages to their teachers.
On the second day, October 4, 2022, students showed their appreciation for their teachers by decorating their classroom, giving gifts and letters, and other ways to demonstrate how much they valued the teachers
On the last day, October 5, 2022, the event started with the words of welcome of Mrs. Adelia T. Manares, School Head, followed by the induction of SSG Officers for school year 2022-2023. Then, students from every grade level prepared a short presentation to entertain their teachers. There was a giving of tokens to the teachers in appreciation for their hardwork and also, awarding of special awards for selected teacher. Before the morning ended, there were several contests held for the students and video presentations for the teachers. In the afternoon, the teachers were delighted as they actively participated to the parlor games prepared by the students. The event ended with a closing remarks by Mrs. Lucy T. Andrade, ADAS II.
The said event was facilitated by SSG officers together with Mrs. Eden I. Ureta, SSG Adviser.
