𝗝𝗠𝗠 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄: 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁 - 𝗔 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 On June 29, 2024, Manila’s fashion scene was taken to another galaxy as the JMM Fashion Show: Interstellar Street showcased the brilliance of seven talented designers. The event left the audience spellbound with an array of futuristic and elegant masterpieces that highlighted the creativity and diversity of Filipino fashion. The show opened with Job Dacon’s Biomechanical Maiden Collection, featuring stunning performances by M1ss Jade So, Naia Black, Precious Paula Nicole, and other drag queens, with Maureen Montagne, Johannes Rissler, and Fifth Solomon adding to the glam. The collection reached its climax with ABS-CBN artist Jane Oineza, who closed the show in an alien-inspired gown. As the night progressed, the runway saw a variety of styles, from Therese Andaya’s chic black-and-white streetwear to Kitkat Melo’s neon green stunners. Erwin Cardoza and Ericka Celiz’s bold "Palettes of Disaster" collection pushed the boundaries of fashion, while Angela Taloza’s elegant designs left a lasting impression with models like Anita Rose Gomez and Hasna Cabral. Rey Calajate continued to mesmerize with his "The Birth of Venus" collection, adorned with intricate shells, and Manny Halasan’s finale was nothing short of spectacular, with his extraterrestrial-inspired headpieces and jewelry worn by multiple beauty queens like Nicole Borromeo, Katrina Anne Johnson, Anna Valencia Lakrini, Anne Patricia Lorenzo, Ashley Subijano, Fuscia Ravena and celebrieties like Genesis, Redido, Teejay Marquez, Janah Zaplan, and Angela Alarcon.
