What a grateful Saturday, indeed because I had a short talk with a proud fellow digital business partner, and it was such an inspiring experience. We talked about the journey we had into this digital business world, including the challenges that we faced and how we overcame them.

PARENTING 101 WHILE RUNNING / BUILDING MY OWN ONLINE BUSINES

Challenges of Raising My Three Boys and How I Overcame Them WHILE I AM BUSY RUNNING MY ONLINE BUSINESS AND WORKING FULL TIME:

Raising three boys has been one of the most rewarding yet challenging journeys of my life. Each of my sons is unique, with different personalities, needs, and dreams. But being a mom to them meant learning how to adapt, grow, and face challenges head-on.

🛑 Managing Time and Energy
As a full-time employee and digital business owner, juggling my responsibilities while giving each of my boys the attention they deserve is hard. I learned to prioritize tasks and embrace time management .

✅How I Overcame It: I let go of perfection. I focused on being present at the moment and just being with them , I love to be around every time and just seeing them explore. Learning to ask for help when needed is fine.

🛑Teaching Values in a Busy World
In today’s fast-paced and digital-driven world, teaching my boys the importance of values like respect, responsibility, and kindness was crucial but not always easy.

✅How I Overcame It: I led by example. I showed them how to treat others by treating people around me with respect and kindness.

🛑Financial Pressures
Raising children comes with financial demands, from education to extracurricular activities. As a former OFW, a full-time employee, and now a digital business owner, it was one of the toughest challenges.

✅How I Overcame It: I built my online business to create additional income streams. This not only eased the financial pressure but also gave me the flexibility to support their dreams while securing their future.

🛑Navigating Emotional and Developmental Phases
From tantrums to teenage mood swings, understanding their emotional needs was a journey. Each phase brought its own challenges, requiring patience and understanding.

✅How I Overcame It: Open communication became my strongest tool. I reminded them that it’s okay to feel and express emotions and made sure they knew they could always talk to me.

My Biggest Reward
Through all these challenges, I’ve become stronger and more resilient, just like my boys. Watching them grow into kind, independent, and driven young men has made every hurdle worthwhile.
If you’re a mom facing similar challenges, remember it’s okay to stumble. What matters is showing up, learning from them, and leading with love. ❤️
