If you want a body like Jordan's, here's his advice towards achieving your fitness goals:

1. Set a goal. If you want to build muscle, lose weight, or increase performance, it is key for you to have a clear vision of what you really want to achieve.
2. Consistency with your workout, diet, and routine will be the main thing that will keep you on the right track to reach your goal. Discipline is more important than motivation.
3. There are no “bad foods” that will make you fat-- excessive calories will. If you want to lose weight or lose fat, go on a calorie deficit.
4. Resistance training is just as important as cardio when losing body fat.
5. You can train one muscle group (i.e back muscles) 2-3 times a week. 2-3 exercises are enough for every session. Frequency > Volume.
6. Rest days are for your muscles to recover. Consume enough calories and rest so you can come back stronger.
