If user forget password, but he never setup a guardian account.

1. For Pi coin, we can have system migration to new account, but old account will be permanently freezed.
2. For PCM points, as it was recorded on blockchain address,no way can retrieve back if he didn't set up a guanrdian account, suggest he try first, every day got 5 chance to try his password
if user really cannot find the password, then he can just provide the old account and new account, we will settle for the account migratioin process

Before the official launch of NFT 2.0, we will release an announcement. At that time, the Pi Lind and Pi Find NFT's internal transfer functions will be suspended, and copyrights will be permanently fixed under the current holders.

After the launch of NFT 2.0, copyrights will not transfer with transactions. DAO permissions will be transferred to NFT holders. Copyright owners will only receive a 5% copyright fee with each transaction, and DAO members in NFT 2.0 will officially earn PCM points. However, to compensate the pioneers who participated in the DAO on the early testnet, we will provide some PCM points to copyright owners after the 2.0 launch.

1. When I login to https://pifind.io but the system automatically redirects to https://www.pifind.io link; why not use 1 link?

👉 Actually, both URLs are our official PiFind web number, as some users are used to typing www, and some just need to type https://pifind.io, that's why we create redirect link so all users can visit the same website.

2. Can I use DAO permission to authenticate my own Store posting to PiFind?

👉 No, DAO holders cannot authenticate their own Store on PiFind.

3. How does PiFind apply DAO vote percentage to Store validation.

👉 With PiFind, we don't apply DAO vote rate to Store validation, it will be a fixed number. Currently, as long as the Store is approved by 6 DAO votes, it will pass the validation process and be displayed on PiFind, there is no time limit for this validation.

4. I am in Vietnam, can I only authenticate the Vietnam Store, or can I authenticate the Global Store?

👉 Once you have DAO permission, you can choose to authenticate to any Store in the world, as long as you choose the same Language as that Store owner and understand that Language. For example, DAO holders in Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore... can choose the Chinese language to authenticate the Stores posted in China.

5. After the Store is displayed on PiFind, can I delete/edit the information (Currently not possible). And if it can be edited, does it need to be moderated by the DAO?

👉 The delete/edit feature is in progress. In the future once the Store owner edits his/her information, it will need to be re-validated by 6 DAO votes as it was.

6. Currently PiFind only uses registered user addresses to get Store sharing information, Viewers can only view all Stores within 1 Province/City -> Then they have to copy the address Enter the Map application to find the exact Store location. Why doesn't PiFind use GPS to find stores around more accurately?

👉 In the future we may develop this GPS function, however, the development is not overnight, it is a long way to build a complete platform.
7. What are the penalties for Store Owners who post inaccurate information, or violate the Laws of each country?

👉 All users of the PiFind platform are identified through their Pi account, if they post information that violates the law, they will be held responsible according to the "Pi-Find Privacy Policy" , because users need to Agree to this Policy before using.

👉 For Shop owners who post incorrect or misleading information... Users can submit a Report; then a minimum of 6 DAO votes to approve the Report will cause the Store to be deleted.

8. What are the regulations when using the DAO permission to authenticate the Store?

👉 There are General Rules for this. Please read the "DAO Store Authentication Standard" displayed as a Message every time the user performs the Store authentication.

9. How is the PCM point reward for validating the DAO Store calculated?

👉 We are working on it, once completed we will make it public and transparent, on the basis of ensuring the scarcity of PCM Tokens later.
