The Department of Health (DOH) averted a possible ammonia crisis in Navotas on June 19, 2023 after a fire broke out at the Icypoint Storage in Barangay NBBN (North Bay Boulevard North) at 11:30 p.m. The incident caused ammonia to leak into the air.

“It is part of our eight-point action agenda to always be ready during a crisis.
