Job Opening: Finance Specialist
Location: Manila, Philippines
Working Schedule: 9am to 6pm
Temporary Work from Home
Monday to Friday
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Accountable for the company's cross-border e-commerce platform sales data accounting, revenue, cost, and commission calculation checks, and the creation of relevant operating statements/reports.
2. Audit expense reimbursements, purchase orders, and invoices, among other things (in accordance with the company's financial regulations), to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
3. Responsible for data verification and the issuance of warehousing and logistics fulfillment expense statements.
4. Examine customer receipts and payments, and keep track of bank journals.
Qualifications:
• Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science Major in Accountancy, Managerial Accounting, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, and equivalent 4-year course
• At least 1-2 years of related and significant work experience as Finance Analyst/Specialist or equivalent role;
• Experience in the e-commerce or retail industries is preferable but not required;
• With substantial Knowledge of Financial Analysis, Managerial Accounting, and Accounting concepts
• Excellent database knowledge preferred in Microsoft Applications such as Excel;
• Can work with minimal supervision and deliver high quality output;
• With multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
• Must be proactive, motivated, detail-oriented, a team player
