1. Grow where you are planted. Huwag puro reklamo.
2. Seniors will always be seniors.Matalino man sila o hindi, treat them right.
3. Hindi lang ikaw ang matalino, may mas mababang rangko na mas may alam sayo, matuto kang makinig at tumanggap ng pagkakamali kung sakali.
4. Defend your personnel when they need it the most.Huwag mong e-blame.
5. Know each of your personnel's strengths and weaknesses. May sarili silang kagalingan.Nurture and nourish it.
6. Be happy with the little accomplishments of others, envy not. Life is not always a competition.
7. In time of work, you work. Make sure that at the end of the day you have done something good for the organization.
8. Be disciplined enough, in your words,acts and the way you wear your uniform.Your lousiness will reflect on what personality you have.
9. Walang bagay na hindi natututunan.Tiyaga lang.
10. Never outshine your commanders or superiors. Wait until you become.
11. Learn to respond to your subordinates or superiors when they ask something.Your reply means a lot to them.
12. It takes courage for someone to approach an Officer, be approachable at all times.Listen to what they say.
13. Teach someone who is having a hard time with their tasks. Do not judge them for that. Boss, wag mo naman bigyan ng impossibleng trabaho..d robot yan.
14. Comrades who are eager to learn things are better than those who are boastful and very proud of themselves na they are intelligent. (Maniniwala lang ako kung si Einstein sila!)
15. Respect and discipline will drive even the lowest mammal to success.
16. Treat your men as your family and friends. They will defend you at tough and rough times.
17. Be compassionate and sympathetic with your people, they will appreciate and won't forget every little favor they ask from you.
18. Always be a leader who sets the mood for your people, not the one who ruin their mornings. (Huwag simangot o ngawngaw approach mo sa kanila).
19. Create a positive working atmosphere, not kinda hell workplace.Positive atmosphere creates positive outputs.
20. Do not be so sipsip with your officers or higher ups. Don't be too boastful, stubborn and like a "little boss" Kasi pag nalipat si boss, basahan ka nalang din sa mata ng iba.
21. Yung masasamang ugaling tao o seniors, when they retire or reassigned, their former subordinates will not be happy to see them again.Gagawa sIla paraan not your paths will cross again.
22. Low-key but talented personnel will shine in the right time without putting efforts..You won't see them coming.
23. Yung laging nagagalit, naninita, busangot at walang araw na di Galit sayo na senior, un pa madalas ang malatuba sa totoong buhay..Yung kriminal Galit sa kapwa kriminal ika nga. Nakikinita kasi Nila sarili Nila.
24. Yung magaling at maayos magtrabaho kahit Anong paninira gawin ng iba sakanila, hinding hindi sila matitibag.
25. Just learn to follow orders before you complain.Before you complain have an initiative to think on how you can surpass it.
26. Seniors must treat their juniors as brothers, hindi nadadaan sa kaldag yan. Inspiring Words are powerful than sticks and swords.
27. Officers must not left behind any subordinates in trying times, huwag hugas kamay. Subordinates will remember how brave you are in defending your flocks.
28.As an officer, when you go back to your previous assignment and your former people quickly scampered as soon as you enter the gate, then think twice, you are not a good leader in the past.
29. Bosses who are like boxers (close ang palad, di mapagbigay at kurakot pa, binubulsa ang MOOE) will always be the talk of the town..Kaya wag hayaan masira pangalan mo sa pera..Lifetime mo dadalhin un.Your people surely brand you with an amazing name😅
30. Spend time with your people , listen to their please, concerns and even problems. You'll know them better if you have a heart to heart talk with them.Hindi puro trabaho lang.
31. Be a leader or a senior who leads the way..Hindi na sila lang hahayaan mo.
32. Always walk the talk.
33. Huwag tatamad tamad, pag may inooffer na seminar grab it. magagamit mo un in the future.Mas bata ka mas maganda mag-aral. Iba Ang may preparation. Mahuhuli sa promotion ang mabagal.
34. Huwag haluan ng kabulastugan ang pagseserbisyo, sisingilin ka sa tamang panahon.Your foolishness will comes back to you.
35.Leaders should know how to appreciate their men. Say thank you, commend them in any way or tap their shoulders for a job well done. Don't take all the credits too..Always mention them and use the word "we" not "I".
36. Bilog Ang mundo, hindi mo alam ung inaapi mo ngayon ay sya namang sasaluduhan mo kinabukasan.
