Pampanga! ang probinsya na puno ng masasarap at kakaibang pagkain, makulay na mga piyesta, natatanging mga sining, at mayamang kultura. Ipagdiwang natin ang ika-453 na taon nito nang pinasinayaan ng mga Kastila ang Pampanga bilang unang lalawigan sa Luzon. Sabay-sabay tayong magpasalamat sa mga "Kalam" na ating natanggap at sa pagkakaisa ng mga Kapampangan na bumuo sa Pampanga na kilala natin ngayon.

Ayon sa Proklamasyon Blg. 2226, ipinagdiriwang ang Pampanga Day tuwing ika-11 ng Disyembre bilang pagguniguni sa pagkakatatag ng probinsya bilang unang probinsya ng Luzon noong Disyembre 11, 1571. Ngayon kilala narin ang Pampanga bilang Culinary Central of the Philippines!

Habang ipinagdiriwang natin ang Pampanga Day ngayong taon sa temang “Kapagmasusian at Kapasalamatan king Pamana at Kasalesayang Pakamalan,” magbalik-loob tayo sa mga hindi malilimutang kontribusyon ng ating probinsya at ipagmalaki ang lugar na ating tinatawag na tahanan. Earlier today, the Division Federated Secondary School Learner Government held the election of officers for the S.Y. 2024-2025 in Mabalacat Elementary School Gabaldon Bldg.

SSLG President-Elect of SVNHS, Jatz Princess V. Viduya, and SSLG Adviser Sir Gian Baldovino are both present with the said gathering.

Not so long after the results came out, the Oath Taking Ceremony was then conduct by Dr. Maria Carmen P. Cuenco CESO V, Schools Division Superinentedent- Division of Mabalacat City.

It was then official that Jatz is the NEW President-Elect of Division Federated Secondary School Learner Government. SSLG Adviser Sir Gian Baldovino along with SVNHS Principal Ma'am Arcely Flores both expressed their gratitude and support to the service and preparation of Jatz for the new school year 2024-2025.

May 06, 2024 - Nagtapos na ang Oath Taking ng mga nanalo sa ating Eleksyon para sa mga bagong Lider ng Paaralan. Naganap ito ng umaga pagkatapos ng Flag Ceremony, bago pumasok sa kanya-kanyang mga silid-aralan. Inalalayan at Pinangunahan ito ng ating Commissioner on Appointment na si Sir Rex Q. Pabalan, kasama na si Sir Nerwin Del Rosario para sa Panunumpa sa Katungkulan.

[𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐔𝐋𝐓𝐒 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐎𝐔𝐓!]

Exactly 3:57 PM the results of the voting were finalized.

May 03, 2024 is a day to remember. The voting for the 2024-2025 SSLG Officers started at 6:30 in the morning. It was organized by the current student council with SSLG Adviser Sir Gian Baldovino along with teachers, Ma’am Jamie Polidario, Sir Erwin Estardo, Sir Rex Pabalan, Sir Nerwin Del Rosario, and Ma’am Rechelle Gomez.

The process was tedious yet smooth as both the JHS and SHS are now combined in voting unlike last year. This year, there is a systematized voting system where thumb marks, signatures, and serial numbers of students undergo verified processes. The poll watchers were limited to 2 per partylist. After voting, students are required to put their votes on their balot boxes. Before going outside the voting room, indelible ink is dropped on the students’ index finger to avoid double-voting.

The Voting Process of Grade 7 to Grade 11 was Officially Closed by 11:55 in the morning. The Votes then are counted. It was witnessed by teachers from both JHS and SHS, as well as the poll watchers.

Before the results are out, 2023-2024 SSLG President said that, “Super positive ako dahil either to two partylist, i know na kapag nareach nila yung certain level of learnings, I am very much assured na the organization is in very good hands and I'm very much sure din na through connections na naestablish within this year, mas magiging capable ang SSLG.”

Each candidate was congratulated, not only the winners but also the ones who took initiative and showed a strong will to make a difference.

Not so-long after, the new set of officers for the Academic Year 2024-2025 are out.

The 2024-2025 SSLG Officers are is now leaded by President Jatz Princess V. Viduya (ASLAG). The members are, Vice President Albert Waynze P. Intal (ASLAG), Secretary Cher Haidee E. Marjadas (ASLAG), Treasurer Kyla D. David (ASLAG), Auditor Junliz Manabat (KAYABE), Public Information Officer Mella Benisse M. Echaluse (ASLAG), Protocol Officer Nicole Atienzo (KAYABE), Grade 12 Representative Princess Raysa Roberson (ASLAG), Grade 11 Representative Aiyen A. The main objective of the event was to provide school supplies and to spread awareness to every participants, yesterday at Santos Ventura National High School. With the two (2) themes "𝐊𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐥: 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭" In addition "𝐒𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢-𝐝𝐫𝐮𝐠, 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡, 𝐒𝐞𝐱𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬".

At exactly 7:00–8:00 am, the arrival of Cydo staffs and registration for Senior High School has officially started. Then, from 8:00 to 8:15 am, the opening program began. [Philippine National Anthem, followed by Kabang Kakayakap] facilitators led the session. Around 8:15–8:35 from the ICO Youth Development Office, 𝙈𝙖'𝙖𝙢 𝙅𝙖𝙞𝙧𝙖 𝙇. 𝙇𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙝𝙖𝙣 made a marvellous introduction. Between 8:40 to 9:10 am, the supervising administrative officer, 𝙈𝙧. 𝙀𝙡𝙞𝙤𝙚𝙣𝙖𝙞 𝙋. 𝘾𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙤, spoke about appropriate usage of social media platforms in "𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐁𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐒𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐮𝐦" followed by 𝙈𝙖'𝙖𝙢 𝘼𝙣𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙖 𝘼. 𝙍𝙤𝙙𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙪𝙚𝙯-𝘿𝙚𝙡𝙖 𝘾𝙧𝙪𝙯, a guidance counselor. 9:00–9:40 am, she kept the audience alive by spreading information about anti-drugs, entitled "𝐒𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢-𝐃𝐫𝐮𝐠 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬." Afterwards, a councillor-committee, 𝙃𝙤𝙣. 𝙉𝙤𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙤 𝘾𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙤 inspired SHS students to study hard. He shared his life experiences to motivate youth. After a while, 𝙈𝙖'𝙖𝙢 𝙇𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙖 𝙂𝙖𝙞𝙡 𝙏. 𝘿𝙞𝙯𝙤𝙣, Nurse I, RHU III uncovered a new topic, "𝐒𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐱𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡" Meanwhile, amidst of the discussion, our beloved 𝘾𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙢𝙤 𝘾. 𝙂𝙖𝙧𝙗𝙤 (City Mayor) arrived at SVNHS around 9:50 in the glorious morning. He left a sensational message for every SHS. Moreover, He participated in the distribution of school supplies. Around 10:10 am, the symposium about sexual and reproductive health resumed. Between 10:20 to 11:05, the "𝐒𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡" was discussed by 𝙈𝙖'𝙖𝙢 𝙎𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙚 𝘼𝙣𝙣 𝘽. 𝙏𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙜, Nurse II, RHU II. Lastly, with the help of brilliant candidates of Miss Mabalacat, the distribution of school supplies resumed.
