Cris Cadigal is a home-based Virtual Assistant who offers online services to entrepreneurs and businesses. She also started a small printing business recently where she can enhance and practice her graphic design and digital marketing skills. Because she wanted to make sure that her kids get the full nurturing she can give, she decided to become a work from home Mom after giving birth to his firstborn. She’s always been creative and passionate about being a mother and a wife. Her family is her motivation toward achieving her goals.
Cris believes that “No job is too small nor too big, what matters is how well the job is done”. She saw the reality of these words working in a government agency and retail companies. It's also evident while serving as a Customer Support Advisor in a BPO (for a U.S based Bank client). Understanding this, made her even more effective as she served as Secretary/Bookkeeper to a Korean businessman whom she assisted in different ventures he tried. Even until providing Executive Services for another BPO company (for an Australian based client). She is stable in delivering quality results because of her positive attitude towards every task.
The people who know her may say she is predictable. Because she is consistent in her desire for knowledge. Her dedication to turn information to serve is leading to a sense of familiar care. She is comforting her clients by meeting their expectations. Her deliverables show how much heart she puts in every work she does. Always hungry to advance, she’s even more fueled at work when she learns and tries new things and gain additional skills.
As a working mom, she understands how work and personal responsibilities can be so overwhelming. Especially when you try to find the right balance between maintaining good relationships and delivering tasks.
