(An open letter to the Husbands)

Maging considerate ka naman sa asawa mo..

Hindi porket laging nakaligo, chubby at masigla ang mga anak nyo hindi ibig sabihin nun na di sya nahihirapan at nag-sstruggle sa pagdidisiplina, pag-aalaga at pagpapalaki sa kanila. Samahan mo naman. Anak nyo yan. Hindi anak nya lang.

Hindi porket laging may nakahain na pagkain, nakatiklop ang mga labahin at maayos ang bahay ay hindi sya napapagod or nagsasawa. She needs a break once in a while. Sa opisina may coffee break, ang housewife kahit wiwi break minsan pahirapan pa. Kung working mom naman sya lalong di natatapos ang trabaho nya.

Hindi porket nakikita mo sya nakangiti o tumatawa minsan, okay na okay ang puso nya. Umiiyak yan sa gabi. Di mo lang nakikita kasi either tulog ka na or naglalaro or bumabakarda. Kailangan nya ng kausap at makikinig sa kanya aside from your kids.

Hindi porket nakikita mo syang hawak ang phone nya or nanonood ng series sa Netflix, ay nakakapagpahinga sya. Minsan tagos hanggang kaluluwa ang exhaustion nya na kahit ang ilang minuto o oras ng pagrerelax nya ay di makapawi ng pagka-burn out nya. Kamustahin mo naman. Kahit tanungin mo lang kung buhay pa ba sya? Kung masaya pa ba sya? Kung may maitutulong ka ba sa kanya? Kung may kailangan ba sya?

Hindi porket pinaglilingkuran ka nya at inaasikaso ay satisfied at thriving ang marriage nyo. Magaling lang siguro sya magdala pero deep inside nagmamakaawa sya na makipag-cooperate ka naman sana para talagang lumago ang pagsasama nyo bilang mag-asawa.

Maging considerate ka naman sana sa asawa mo. Gaya nung unang panahon na sobrang eager kang ma-win ang heart nya.

Maging considerate ka naman sana sa asawa mo. Hindi mo yan alila. Katuwang mo sya. Hindi yan robot. May damdamin yan. Nasasaktan. Napapagod. Nabuburyo. Nauumay. Natutuyo.

Alalahanin mo sana ang mga matatamis na pangako mo sa kanya. Binigay nya ang buhay nya sayo. Pinagkatiwalaan ka nya. Wag mo naman abusuhin. Wag mo naman lokohin.

Tandaan mo. Hindi ka lang sa kanya nangako. Nangako ka din sa Dios. Mananagot kang sigurado sa Kanya.

Huwag mo na sanang hintayin na magpantay ang mga paa ng asawa mo bago mo gawin ang dapat mong ginagawa.

Pasalamat ka, cutics sa kuko lang ang kupas sa kanya, hindi pa ang pag-ibig nya sayo. 🥹

3 QUICK TIPS PARA DI MA-STRESS SA PAGPAPATULOG NG BAGETS

Pag gabi na, bumabagsak na ang adrenaline nating mga nanay. Looking forward na tayo sa matahimik na buhay. 😂 Yung tipong 9pm palang pero naka-ready na ang midnight snack natin 😅 Pinaplano na natin ang gagawin natin pag tulog na silang lahat.

Kaya naman pag di natin sila mapatulog agad nagiging wolverine tayo 🤣 Di ko ma-imagine yung dissapointment natin lalo na kung 11:40 PM gising na gising pa sila 😅

Struggle ko ito. Lalo ngayon na may 8mos old ako na laging gising at laging nadede 😅

Buti nalang at nadiscover ko ang technique para di nako nabuburyo sa pagpapatulog sa mga bagets 😅 Ito ang 3 Quicktips!

1. WAG NA MAGLAGAY NG AGENDA SA GABI

Para walang disappointment, wag nalang magplano ng mga gagawin mo pa pag gabi na. Anong mas magandang gawin? Damahin mo ang k**a. Damahin mo ang lamig at lambot ng iyong unan. Ginawa ang gabi para magpahinga. Kaya yung mga hugasin, tiklupin at labahin, ipagpabukas nalang. Wag magalala. Di mapapanis ang mga kalat, damit at ligpitin 😅 Sabayan mo nalang sila ng tulog. Tutal di naman uso sating mga nanay ang siesta 😂

2. GUMISING NG MAAGA

Napakadaling gumising ng maaga kapag hindi ka puyat. Tahimik din ang buhay kapag madaling araw. 🙂 Kung hindi ka maka-anggulo sa gabi, angguluhan mo sa madaling araw. Mas malakas pa maka-fresh yan. Tska iba feeling nung 7am palang nagawa mo na 90% ng mga kailangan mong gawin.

3. HINDI FOREVER ITO

Ito ang lagi kong dinidikdik ko sa utak ko. Mabilis lang ito. Maya-maya magbabago na ang panahon. Mananawa naman ako sa dami ng oras na pwede kong ubusin kung saan-saan. Walang matinong tao ang mag-bbathing suit during winter season. Wag natin ipilit maka-achieve ng sangkatutak kung ang hinihingi lang ng season natin ngayon ay tumutok sa mga bagets. Yung mapalaki mo sila ng inlove sayo at sa Dios, naku napakalaking achievement na yun.
