So dahil balik alindog program na kami ng asawa ko at swimming at napili namin exercise, malaking damage to sa face natin mga mhie. Ang hobby namin magasawa ay freediving. We're both certified freedivers pero nahinto kami ng more than a year na dahil sa pagbubuntis at paganak ko. But now I'm four months postpartum, we're starting to get back to training again. Para we can back to shape na pero mas malaki na katawan ko ngayon kesa dati kaya I had to buy new swimsuit and other stuff for training. Napaka gandang workout ng swimming kasi whole body workout talaga eto. If balak niyo din matuto or gawing regular exercise eto para sa mga marurunong na, I recommend these products. Maaga din ba magising baby niyo?

Baby namin madalas magising ng 3:30 to 4 AM. As in start na yun ng araw niya so start na rin ng araw namin 😅 tapos gusto niya pag maliwanag na, lalabas na rin kami para may makita siyang view. Mga before 6AM kami lumabas ng bahay ngayon kasi maliwanag na. Kaso ang problema sa ganito kaaga is lamok. Kaya naman di kami nauubusan ng Tiny Buds Gone Away Stick On. Looking for quality vacuum sealed milk container for your baby's milk? I highly recommend Yoboo's Anti-UV milk container! Una kong ginamit is yung Ankou ba yun pero napansin ko para di siya super sealed. Nasabi ko yun kasi parang nagmmoist yung gatas sa loob, nagkkaroon ng clumps. Di naman solid clumps, kaya naman buhaghagin ulit pero diba, weird na agad? So I decided to look for another alternative and eto na nga, bumalik ako ke Yoboo since dami ko na natest na products from them and of course di na naman ako dinisappoint.

Sa feel pa lang nung release button, alam mo na talagang super sealed yung container. Laging buhaghag yung milk powder, parang bagong bukas pa lang galing sa packaging niya. Tapos napaka compact lang nung size nung container. Yung maliit lang binili ko, 1.7L. ang perfect lang ng size for us. Kasyang kasya sa sterilizer namin. First time namin magouting nitong weekend sa 88 Hot Spring Resort with our 3 month old. Napakasaya na nakapag bonding ang aming pamilya at naexpose namin sa ibang environment and experience ang aming little one. Baby pa lang, gala na 🤣

Stroller. Isa yan sa mga expensive equipments/product na maaring bilhin for your little one. Pero sa dami ng choices at different price range, talaga naman ang hirap pumili. Siyempre dahil sa mahal ito, dapat magagamit ng matagal yung bibilhin niyo para masulit ang pagbili.

Kaya naman we're here to share with you the stroller that we ended up buying for our baby boy. Ang Joie Muze LX Travel System. Stroller + infant car seat na siya! Up to 17.5kg ang kaya isupport ng stroller.

Parents, don't forget to trim your little one's nails para iwas sugat sa mukha!

Alam naman natin mga parents na ang bilis humaba ng kuko ng babies natin tapos sobrang lilikot ng kamay kaya nasusugatan nila muka nila pag di sila naka mittens. Pero alam niyo ba, napaka importante sa development ni baby yung pag explore ng kamay niya. Kaya naman we have to make sure na di matutulis ang nails ng ating little ones para di nila kailangan magmittens at tuloy lang ang pagexplore nila sa paligid at sarili nilang kamay.

Ang una kong binili para pang trim ng nails ni baby ay ang Yoboo Baby Manicure Kit with compact and portable design as you can see naman sa pictures. Kasoooo ang hirap mag clip ng nails ng baby lalo na pag gising kaya the best talaga is pag tulog si baby gawin to.

Mga mommies, may triny ulit akong bagong breast pump HAHA last na to promise! So far ang natry ko na ay manual, electric at wearable breast pump.

Etong wearable breast pump ang bibigyan namin ng review today.

And mga mamsh, grabe! I lavvvvv it! May part sakin na sana eto na lang binili ko hahaha pero need matry ang iba't iba para sure na informed decisions ang gagawin sa huli.

So eto na nga. I love it because:
1. Wearable haha so lagay mo lang sa loob ng bra mo tapos continue mo lang mga need mo gawin. So charge mo lang siya before use and mahaba naman charge life niya. Pero di porket pwede ka gumawa ng ibang bagay habang nagpapump e baka magtumbling tumbling ka na. Upright position ka lang siyempre para di magspill milk.

2. Hindi siya masakit! Galing kasi ako sa electric breast pump which I reviewed earlier, yung may mga tubes and wires kineme. Madami siyang parts. Anyway, yung suction nun, ramdam mo talaga pero tolerable yung pain ng suction. Dito sa wearable, akala ko nung una walang nassuck na gatas kasi parang wala naman ako nararamdaman. Kaya kahit gaano katagal talaga okay lang. Hinahayaan ko matapos yung buong sessions per breast. Sa dual kasi pag nakikita kong wala na napapump, tinitigil ko na yung session kasi feeling ko pagod na ni***es ko. Pero dito sa wearable, gora lang! Tapos pagkatapos ng sessions, andami ko rin pala napproduce na gatas? HAHA FEELING KO LANG HA, mas efficient tong ganito magpump ng milk kaya nakukuha niya talaga lahat ng gatas from your breast compared dun sa wired na breast pump.

3. Mas compact yung unit. As in isang bilog na unit andun na lahat. Yung motor for suction, yung power source niya, yung sasalo ng milk, etc.

4. Ang unti ng lilinisin after. Bale in total, 3 lang yung parts na lilinisin. (Refer na lang sa pics)

Cons:
1. Mommies, isang unit lang siya. So one breast at a time ang pumping mo. Pwede naman 2 sa ibang brands pero nagstick na lang ako sa alam kong quality! Kaya rin eto yung last kong binili kasi pinagisipan ko talaga if worth it ba for the price. I could honestly say it's a yes for me (my personal preference only)

2. Rechargeable siya diba so if nalimutan mo icharge before mo gamitin, ayun, waiting game ka until magkacharge ulit siya.

Overall ang ranking ng mga breast pumps ko from best to last is (1) wearable breast pump (2) dual electric breast pump (3) manual breast pump. Di ko na ginawan ng review yung manual breast pump kasi nakakapagod talaga siya gamitin haha

Hello mommies!

So previously, I talked about electric breast pump. Today, I will talk about an appliance na super gamit na gamit ko until now.

Eto ang MafaBabe's 5-in-1 Bottle Sterilizer! Ang laking tulong nito samin to make sure all of our baby's bottles are clean. Dito ko rin nilalagay ko yung breast pump parts (except the electrical unit) after ko hugasan to get it sterilized and dried.

Proper timing lang din mga, mhie. Kasi having the complete cycle of sterilizing and drying can take a long time. Yung sterilizing time, set na yun (15 minutes), di mo na ma-aadjust ang oras. Pero yung drying time, ayan, pwede mo untian oras or habaan.

Aside sa bottle sterilizer and dryer, pwede ka rin mag painit ng food and milk ni baby dito. Personally, di ko pa nattry kasi 2 months pa lang si baby so di pa siya nagsosolid food. And we use warm water for his milk din kaya di na need i-init sa unit.

Very easy to use din siya. Kahit di mo masyado maintindihan yung manual, keri lang. Magegets mo naman kung paano gamitin yung interface.

Tip lang mga mommies:
Pag first time niyo gamitin yung unit, paandarin niyo muna siya ng walang laman. Tapos always use distilled water pang sterilize. Use this para walang magbuild up na minerals dun sa heating section nung unit (refer sa image). Pero kung sakaling hindi distilled ang gamitin niyo, don't worry, okay lang din! Pag nakita niyong dumudumi na yung heating plate, i-run niyo lang sterilize and dryer cycle using a water & vinegar mixture. Di na ko nagsukat sa ratio ng water to vinegar basta mas madami yung water kesa vinegar siyempre hehe. After matapos yung cycle, punasan niyo lang yung area ng moist sponge para matanggal yung mga mineral deposit. Make sure unplugged yung unit while doing this!

I chose this brand and unit kasi sa pagcanvass ko siya yung nakita kong pasok sa budget namin at may magagandang reviews. Di siya yung pinaka mura ha, di rin siya yung pinaka mahal. Oks din ang customer service ng shop na to.
