Discovering the Hidden Beauty of Linapacan!

In the northern part of Palawan, there is a unique place where only a few tourists visit. It is not as crowded as its neighboring municipalities, but it has a hidden beauty that you will surely miss.

The town of Linapacan can only be reached by boat. From Puerto Princesa City to El Nido, it takes 5 hours to reach Barangay San Fernando, where you can then take a boat to San Miguel, Linapacan which takes only 3 hours.

Getting there is not difficult as transportation is readily available. There are regular trips and you will be picked up and dropped off directly at the pier of San Fernando where the boat to Linapacan awaits.

The journey is enjoyable and perfect when you are with friends.

Upon arrival in town, there are accommodations available for pre-booking or walk-in booking. However, it is recommended to pre-book for assurance that you have a place to stay. You can also book your tour at the Municipal Tourism Office for assistance and to get the right tour package that fits your budget.

You will surely be amazed by the beauty of the islands and their fine white sand. The place is so beautiful that you will feel relaxed. There are also many activities that you can do such as camping if you want to stay on an island or island hopping if you want to explore more.

Five days is enough to stay and enjoy the place. So what are you waiting for? Come and visit Linapacan!

Tonight, we witnessed the magic of the Padaraw Show at the Kalalaudan Festival.

This is one of the highlights of the festival, where the sea sparkles with the lights of the boats that catch squid every night.

The boat owners joined together to show their gratitude and appreciation for the sea’s generosity. It was a beautiful and unforgettable experience.

Thank you for being part of the 2nd Kalalaudan Festival 2023!
