Ang stress sa araw araw na buhay natin ay laging nandyan. Wala tayong takas dyan! Akala ng iba, kapag naging successful ka na, wala na halos problema sa buhay. Alam mo lodikoh, naranasan ko na din maging mahirap. Mahirap din ang journey sa pag abot ng mga pangarap. Pero mas mahirap maging mahirap! 💯

Mas dumadali nga lang ng pag solve ng problema kung successful ka na dahil mas madami ka options para i-solve ito. Pero ang stress, di ka makaka iwas dyan. Kung gusto mo mag grow, mahalin mo ang stress! Most of the successful people I know have a very strong stress tolerance! They have this mentality, na kapag nalalampasan mo daw ang bawat pagsubok sa buhay, you only get stronger and better.

Kaya ako… simula nung nalaman ko yan. I love challenges. I love solving problems. I love to be mentally strong dahil alam ko na ito ang magpapatibay sa akin!

Kapag hilingin mo daw na mawalan ka ng problema at stress sa buhay… parang sinabi mo na din na gusto mo na din mamatay 🤭 hanggat buhay ka! Lumaban ka lang sa hamon ng buhay 💪🏼
