Colegio San Agustin-Makati has released a statement after Yasmien Kurdi claimed her daughter has experienced bullying in school.

According to the statement signed by lawyers Joesph Noel M. Estrada and Willard T. Yung, "the incident among students [has] been blown out in the public."

As the school said it was handling the incident "with caution circumspect and confidentially," it urged the Kapuso celebrity to "cooperate" with them.

The statement added that Yasmien's public allegations "may have unintended consequences on the students." Highlighting the privacy of the minors involved, the school said they "deserve respect too."

In early December, Yasmien claimed that Ayesha “was ganged up on” and “targeted” by students for not replying to messages about their school Christmas party while they were on vacation, and that she was blocked by students into not leaving their classroom and denied food during their breaks.

Marami ang nagsasabi na hindi na kasing saya ng dati ang Pasko, pero tingnan mo ang mga mukha ng mga bata na nagliliwanag tuwing kapaskuhan. Ang kanilang mga ngiti ang nagpapaalala sa atin kung paano tayo naging masaya noon. Siguro nga hindi naman talaga nagbago ang Pasko, marahil tayo ang nagbago at binago nadin tayo ng panahon❤️
