In his talk, Dr. Edmundo U. Lalusis, MD, General Surgery and President of Growrich Manufacturing and Greatwell Pharma, Inc., emphasized the importance of taking steps in preventing illnesses for the welfare of mothers and their children.

"Kidney Disease. Kalaban nito ang bulsa ng mamamayan, kapag hindi naagapan", according to Dr. Lalusis as he explain the factors affecting a mother or a child's health.

He said that kidney disease is caused by high blood pressure, high blood sugar, bacteria and etc. But, there are remedies including moringa.

In order to fortify and safeguard a mother's and child's immune systems, he also stressed the significance of consuming vitamin C supplements, such as "Pure Cee Z."

She cited that thru life insurance, a mother or a family has a ready fund for critical illness, income protection, retirement fund, and educational fund which are necessary for one's survival.

Meanwhile, 10 mommies won a free insurance from Triumfante Insurance Agency - Pru Life UK through a raffle draw.

He extended his appreciation to all those who supported OK FM in this endeavor eyed to enrich the love an communication in every family.

In addition, Mr. Dinglasan emphasized that through this year's Baby Momma and Family Fair, everyone can learn insights on how to strengthen communication especially with children.

In line with this, Rempillo emphasized in her message the efforts of DOH-CHD Bicol is doing the welfare of mother, children and their families.

"Kami sa kagawaran ay pinapalakaas ang multi-sectoral partnership para sa pagpapahalaga ng kalusugan. Tulad ng Universal Health Care (UHC) coverage, katumbas na access sa mga komprehensibong programa para sa safe motherhood, responsible parenthood, child and adolescent health and wealth", according to Rempillo.

READ MECHANICS:
1.The competition is open to all bicolano kids ages 8-15 years old, bonafide resident of the Province of Albay

2.FOR GROUPS: Each group shall consist of not less than three (3) and not more than fifteen (15) members.

3.Revealing/Daring costumes are not allowed.

4. Ten (10) Qualified kids will be taken for the Finals on August 23, 2024 4PM onwards at Ayala Malls Legazpi.

5. AUDITION DATE: AUGUST 17, 2024 - Venue to be announce ON AIR: 97.1 OKFM Legazpi

6. Winners shall receive the following prizes:

2nd Runner up P 3, 000.00
1st Runner up P 5, 000.00
CHAMPION P 10, 000.00

7. Grand Champion last year are not allowed to join to this year's OK KA KID Talent competition.

8. Finalists are not allowed to use hazardous or destructive paraphernalia or props that could create damage to the venue and the equipment.
