Bilang pakikiisa ng The Messenger sa pagdiriwang ng Araw ng mga Puso, isa ang publikasyon sa iba't-ibang organisayon sa Computer Systems Institute na makikilahok sa pinasimulang 𝗖𝘂𝗽𝗶𝗱'𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗮: 𝗔 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲'𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 ng Supreme Student Government (SSG). Kasama ang iba't-ibang kapisanan sa ating institusyon, ipinagmamalaki naming ibahagi ang isang video entry na eksklusibong mapapanood bukas sa opisyal na page ng SSG.

Inaanyayahan po namin kayong lahat na suportahan ang iba't-ibang mga kalahok, lalo na ang ating minamahal na The Messenger. Sama-sama nating saksihan ang makulay at umiikot na pagsinta.

What an amazing journey it has been! Let us also give a big round of applause to their incredible School Publication Advisers, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗞𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗻 𝗔. 𝗡𝘂𝗻𝗲𝘇 and 𝗠𝘀. 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗲 𝗔. 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝘇, whose guidance, support, and expertise helped them every step of the way throughout their DSPC to RSPC journey.

These students have truly shown what hard work looks like. The countless hours of "everyday training" paid off, and it was clear in every part of their work. Whether it was a photo, an article, or a cartoon, each one of them put their heart and soul into it. We are so proud of how they represented the 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘶𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘚𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘴 𝘐𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘵𝘦 and the whole SDO-Legazpi with confidence and pride!

We also want to express our deepest gratitude to the parents of our hard-working CJs. Your support, love, and belief in your children were important to their success, and we couldn’t have reached this point without your trust and support.

𝐑𝐒𝐏𝐂 𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒 | The Regional Schools Press Conference officially opened with an Opening Program at Sorsogon Provincial Gymnasium yesterday afternoon. More than 3,000 delegates from all over Bicol Region attended the said event. Three of which are the pride of Computer Systems Institute: Jazhmine Mirasol, Chelsea Marie Pabico, and Clarence Pocamas. They are accompanied by their coaches, Ms. Desiree Mae A. Diaz and Ms. Katrin A. Nuñez.

𝐑𝐒𝐏𝐂 𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒 | Delegates from Computer Systems Institute alongside other schools from Legazpi City arrived at Sorsogon East Central School, the billeting school for the division, yesterday morning for the Regional Schools Press Conference (RSPC) 2025.

This three-day event, hosted by Sorsogon City, will feature participation from public and private elementary and secondary schools across the entire Bicol Region. Participants from our beloved institution, along with the SDO Legazpi family, will also be competing on the said event.

This is following the Legazpi City Meet tomorrow and the circumstances resulting to flooding for the past three days. Moreover, in anticipation to the scarcity of public transportation (PUV/PUJ) because of the Iglesia Ni Cristo National Rally for Peace, the Provincial Government of Albay likewise suspends face-to-face classes at all levels for both public and private schools on January 13, 2025.

Hence, classes at CSI will resume on Tuesday, January 14.

𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 | Face-to-face classes are temporarily suspended at Computer Systems Institute today, January 8. This is after the announcement from the city government of Legazpi City, following the recorded rainfall warnings. Classes will temporarily shift to Asynchronous learning modality. Teachers may send learning materials through class group chats while students may accomplish them any time of the day.

After the grueling selection, 15 students were selected to compete in the upcoming Zonal Meet this January 24. Mr. Darwin Jacob, coordinator, facilitated a tryout at Puro Covered Court earlier today, January 8, to form Computer Systems Institute's volleyball team.

Tryouts for other sports categories such as Basketball are scheduled tomorrow to finally complete the CSI teams. They are to compete in the Zonal Meet this January 24-26. If qualified, they are to advance to the Legazpi City Meet this February.
