For awareness purposes (and might as well rant and disappointed post as well):
I ordered an item using Lazada App, knowing Christmas time I am expecting delays on the delivery. But what I did not expect was the courier itself (or the rider working on the courier) was incompetent to deliver my parcel to the point of using an unknown number just to tagged my delivery failed Customer ask to reschedule. I have been in my house the whole day since I am working from home and there are people outside that can call my attention every time there are deliveries.
J&T Express Philippines please if this post reached you take action. It is not just me who experienced this kind of tagging. Fix your system and reprimand your riders who work this way.
UPDATE:
The delivery status indicated on Lazada was my Item is out for delivery last December 28 but up until now no delivery was made. Their estimated time of delivery is January 2, but there is no movement on their end upon checking also the J&T's track and trace page.
UPDATE AS OF TODAY JANUARY 3,2022 2:28 PM:
I have received a call from Lazada helping me with regards with the delivery of my parcel, they have assured me that they will escalate the problem and will redeliver my item in 7 days and the fault indeed was in the courier.
Lo and behold later this afternoon the rider who was supposed to deliver my item tagged it again as failed delivery USING THE SAME SCREEN SHOT OF A NUMBER THAT WAS NOT MINE! WOOOOOOOW!
WHAT IS THIS SORCERY J&T???? HOW IN EFFICIENT!
Anyone could help me escalate this to give proper sanction and help me and the seller get my parcel? God this is ridiculous already!
