How to Make Jade Parcel
(Cabbage Pouch Dumpling with Spicy Soup)

Ingredients:

(Stuffing)
1/2 kl Ground Pork
1 Red Bell Pepper (chopped and minced)
1 tbsp Lotus root (chopped, minced.. you can use Mushroom optional)
1 bulb Garlic (peeled, crushed and minced)
1/2 Medium size Onion White (peeled, minced)
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp Salt and Ground Black Pepper

(Soup)
1 Cup Chicken Stock
1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1tsp Sesame Oil
2 dried/fresh Chili 🌶️ (labuyo)
1/2 tsp salt

(Wrapper)
6 to 8 pcs large Greeny Cabbage Leaves
2 tbsp Baking Powder/soda
1 tbsp Salt
1L Water

(Other needs)
Spring Onion (to tie every cabbage Pouch youve made)

Procedure:
First making the wrapper.. Put some water, salt and baking powder/soda in a large pot make it to a boiling stage.. Low the heat and drench the cabbage leaf one by one at least a half a minute of cooking and strain, set aside put in a cold water to stop the cooking process...

While doing your Cabbage wrap.. In a large bowl, put all (Stuff ingredients) and mixed all together.. Set aside...

If you are done making these two.. We go for third step..

Put the two cabbage leaf into stack to make a pouch for the stuffings..
Make a ball at least 30g/each of stuffed mixture and put in the cabbage wrap.. Make a pouch and Tie it using spring Onion.. Set aside..

Making soup:
Put chicken stock, chili, sesame oil, soy sauce and salt in a large pot.. Make it simmer for 3 to 5 mins and low the heat, put slowly your cabbage wrap/pouch in the pot and cook it for 6 to 7 mins..

and serve!
