I always remind our team to make their parents proud, because parents put in so much effort for them. But I forgot to mention something even more important. "Make yourself Proud, At the end of the day, their pride is important, but so is yours".
Calawisan Football Club, founded in April 2024, is a passion project created by my partner and me. Our club is dedicated to helping local children, many of whom come from underprivileged backgrounds and cannot afford the training fees required by other clubs, but we believe that every child deserves the chance to participate in sports. For this reason, we collect no coaching fees. All of our efforts are completely voluntary and focused on helping these children succeed both on and off the field.
Our mission is to provide these children with the opportunity to develop their football skills, build camaraderie, and cultivate discipline in a supportive and nurturing environment.
As a coach, I believe that providing the right tools and space is essential to help these kids feel confident and included.

With the help of dedicated parents, friends, and supporters, most especially to Johndorf Ventures, Calawisan Football Club has turned a vision into reality—a new soccer field where young athletes can play, grow, and learn the values of hard work and perseverance. Together, we are building more than just fields; we are building a future.
