You can head over to Instagram's analytics to see when they are active just head hit the 'Insights' icon from your profile, then scroll down to the 'Followers' section, then toggle through the days to see the average times your audience is most active on a typical day.

There's a lot of things to do as a social media person. And yes, I want to get these things done as quickly as I can. But I can’t make all these things happen at once. Building something new is going to take time.🙌🙌

I'm not moving as fast as I want to, but that’s OK. I'm starting to move in the right direction, and it’s OK to take slow steps towards progress. If we’re heading the right way, and if we’re working with the right people and tools, we’ll build up speed over time. 👌👌

Yep. We are allowed to take a break. I'm back in a row! Sorry for being inactive.

One of the things I do to keep my head in the game and which helps me remind myself that I am enough is based on the idea that I know it’s okay that I can’t do and I can’t be everything at this moment in time. The minute anyone starts making you feel like you’re not good enough like you can’t handle the task or situation, or if people are making you feel like there’s something wrong with you, take a moment away from everything and everyone.

Sit down in your safe place, which could be your bedroom, a bench in the park, a branch on a tree, a rock on the beach, or take a long drive and take a deep breath to remind yourself that ‘I am just a small part of this huge universe, and that if I am the way I am at this point, that I know I am good enough. Self-love is a superpower💕

Confident people often ask others for help, not only because they’re secure enough to let it be known they need help but they know that trying to do everything themselves is not always the best use of their time, skills, or energy and that it can leave them feeling overwhelmed and stressed and then they can’t do things properly.

Confident people find someone who’s good at what they need to learn or get done and then ask for their help and guidance. 💥✨
