In celebration of the upcoming Fiesta proper that is set to be commemorated on the month of April, the Municipality of Lamut officially opened the Rambakan Trade Fair to the general public today, March 14, 2025, at the Trading Post, Mabatobato, Lamut, Ifugao.
A short program was organized to formally launch the endeavor, with the presence of key individuals who played a vital role in the fruition of the event.
Among those in attendance were Ms. Olivia B. Lim-ang, the Business Permit and Licensing Officer (BPLO) ; Mr. Harvey D. Gumayon, the Municipal Tourism Operations Officer I; Ms. Brenda M. Sawad, the Municipal Administrator who represented Hon. Victomar H. Bunnol, the Local Chief Executive; and Mr. Dean Marc T. Tayaban, the Business Counselor from the Negosyo Center (NC) in Lamut.
The event also saw the active participation of the dedicated employees and officials of the Municipal Local Government Unit (MLGU), along with the exhibitors.
In her message, Ms. Olivia B Lim-ang, the BPLO officer, lauded and acknowledged all those who contributed to the realization of the Trade Fair.

On the other note, as we prepare for the grand Fiesta celebration this April under the theme dubbed โPanagdur-as ti Umili, Rambakan iti Umili,โ the municipality warmly welcomes everyone to join in the festivities with an event packed with fun, food, and fantastic finds.
This yearโs event goes beyond just being a market โ it stands as a heartfelt tribute to Lamut's rich history, vibrant community spirit, unwavering dedication to supporting and uplifting local businesses, and served as a powerful testament to the townโs steadfast commitment to economic growth and the importance of tourism in shaping its future.

The event will run until April 8, 2025, from 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM on WEEKDAYS, while 8:00 AM to 9:00 during WEEKENDS, at the Trading Post, Mabatobato, Lamut, Ifugao.
