Our accomplishment for the day, a cat bed made from flour sack and fabric scraps. Aside from reducing solid waste in support for the environment, the upcycling process was also a bonding activity for me and my daughter. I hope it taught her about resourcefulness as well. Also, sewing is therapeutic for our mental health. 🙂
