What an amazing journey it has been for the graduating members of IPAAMO-CPAG. Joyce Ann L. Malong, our dedicated Editor-in-Chief and Chairperson of the Editorial and Administrative Committee, has inspired us all with her hard work and strong leadership. Kendra L. Sawac, talented Multimedia Co-Chairperson and Photojournalist, truly earned the title of Journalist of the Year by bringing stories to life. Kristine A. Bencio, graduating Magna Cum Laude, has led the Staff Writers’ Committee and served as News Editor with great passion. Her awards as Public Administration Student of the Year and TDP-TES Grantee show her commitment and excellence. Janna Valerie A. Tandasing, our dependable Assistant Secretary and Cum Laude graduate, has been a valuable part of the team through her steady and strong efforts.

As they now step forward into new journeys, may their paths be illuminated by purpose, guided by integrity, and filled with opportunities to continue making a difference. May they remain true to the ideals they upheld champions of truth, accountability, and public service.

The pen may rest, but their voices will echo far beyond the pages they once filled.

Mr. Enrico Jr. Maninang, a student from Benguet State University, recently participated in the Cross-Culture Training Camp 2025 in Vietnam last March 14 to 23, 2025. An experience he describes as "transformative."

The ten-day program, organized by Sing Out Asia, brought together young individuals from seven Asian countries. Through engaging discussions, workshops, and cultural presentations, Mr. Maninang gained valuable insights into the rich diversity within Asia.

Mr. Maninang reflected on his experience, saying, "As a student of public administration, I have always believed in the power of dialogue and cooperation. The Cross-Culture Training in Vietnam reinforced my understanding that leadership is about bringing people together—no matter where they come from or what language they speak."

During the program, Mr. Maninang immersed himself in Vietnam's vibrant culture, visiting scenic spots in Nha Trang City and learning about local customs and traditions. He noted, "What stood out the most for me was the way we, despite being from different cultural backgrounds, engaged in meaningful conversations that allowed us to understand each other more deeply."

He emphasized the importance of cultural sensitivity in governance, saying, "As a student in public administration, I now see the importance of cultural sensitivity and how it plays a crucial role in governance." He also highlighted the need for inclusive leadership, stating, "In this interconnected world, we need more opportunities to engage with different cultures. It's not just about learning new traditions, but about understanding each other's values and working together for a shared future."

Indeed, his participation in the Cross-Culture Training Camp 2025 demonstrates the power of cultural exchange in fostering global understanding and harmony towards better governance.

The energy at the College of Public Administration and Governance (CPAG) is palpable as Day Two of the 2024-2025 Sportsfest unfolds. The echoes of cheers and the squeak of sneakers fill the air as students and faculty, clad in their house colors – Gryffindor red, Slytherin green, Hufflepuff yellow, and Ravenclaw blue – continue their spirited battles for athletic supremacy.

Yesterday's action packed Day One set the stage for some thrilling matchups, and today promises even more excitement. The schedule remains packed with a diverse range of competitions, from the strategic volleyball and the fast-paced action of basketball to the precision, while the roar of the crowd fuels the runners and futsal players as they strive for victory.

While rivalries are fierce, the spirit of camaraderie remains strong. Students from all year levels can be seen supporting their housemates, offering words of encouragement, and celebrating both wins and hard fought losses. Faculty members have also joined in the fun, some even participating in the games themselves, further strengthening the bond between students and teachers.

"The sportsfest is a fantastic opportunity for everyone in CPAG to come together and showcase their talents, not just academically, but athletically as well," commented "It's a great way to build community and promote a healthy lifestyle. Janna Tandasing ( BPA Student)
