Supplemental Rules and Guidelines for Editing and Post-Processing of Submitted Entries
Fairness, transparency, and adherence to contest themes are our priorities. Please follow the rules below:

1. No Manipulation or Composite Images:

Only real-world scenes are allowed. Extensive manipulation is prohibited.

2. Basic Adjustments Allowed:

Cropping, color correction, exposure, and minor retouching are permitted. Major alterations are not.

3. No Additions or Removals:

Do not add or remove significant elements like people or objects during editing.

4. Watermarks and Signatures:

Submitted entries must not have watermarks, logos, or identifying marks.

5. Excessive Sharpening and Noise Reduction:

Moderate application is allowed but avoid over-processing.

6. RAW File Submission (Upon Request):

Contestants may be asked for RAW files to verify compliance with the guidelines.

Failure to follow these rules may result in disqualification. For further clarification, contact the contest organizers.

Submission Guidelines

1. Contest Theme:

All photographs and videos must feature subjects from the Sinulog sa Don Carlos Procession on January 18, 2025.

2. Deadlines:

Photography Contest: January 18, 2025 (Time TBA)

Vlogging Contest: January 19, 2025 (Time TBA)

File formats: Photography (JPEG/JPG), Videography/Vlogging (MP4)

3. File Naming Convention:

Photography: [SinulogPhoto]_ (e.g., SinulogPhoto_P-3)
Videography/Vlogging: [SinulogVlog]_ (e.g., SinulogVlog_VG-3)

4. Submission Process:

Submit entries to designated personnel.

Contestant number codes will be provided after the submission deadline (January 16, 2025, at 7:00AM-4:00 PM).

Make sure to showcase your creativity and align your entries with the contest theme. Best of luck to all participants!
