JANUARY 9, 2025 | BOSS SA KABACAN EXTENDED SA HULING ARAW NG ENERO 2025

BATAY sa Sangguniang Bayan Resolution, aprobado ng konseho ang pag-extend ng nagpapatuloy na Business-One-Stop-Shop.

Matatandaang nakasaad sa batas na ang bawat BOSS ay magtatagal lamang ng 20days.

Nagpasalamat naman si Kabacan Mayor Evangeline Pascua-Guzman sa mabilis na pagtugon ng Sangguniang Bayan sa request nito upang matulungan ang business sector ng bayan.

Kaugnay nito, tiniyak naman ni Municipal Treasurer Lorelie Alfonso at tumatayong BPLO Municipal Administrator Ben C. Guzman na bukod sa lunes hanggang biyernes, magbubukas ang BOSS ng bayan tuwing sabado bago ang January 31, 2025.

Hinikayat naman ni Mayor Gelyn ang mga negosyante na huwag ng magpaabot pa sa huling araw. Aniya, pagsapit ng February 1 ay may penalidad na ang mga magrerenew.

Ano-ano nga ba ang usual penalties during tax-mapping? 🤔

1. UNREGISTERED business.
2. Registered PERO hindi naka-display ang original copy of Certificate of Registration (COR) sa place of business
3. Hindi naka-display ang Notice to Issue Receipt
4. Unregistered ang resibo o walang Authority to Print
5. Registered ang resibo PERO Hindi nag-iissue sa customers
6. Unregistered Books of Account (Journal, Ledger and columnar/)
7. Registered ang Books of Account pero walang laman or Wala sa place of business ang mga books of account
